Good Hotel however During my stay the air conditioner was not working properly had it set on 65 still hot, also the water pressure in the shower was very low, and had two elevators only one was working.

AC was working properly, only one elevator working....beds comfy but building needs some updates, looks worn...the carpet in the hallway looked like someone was murdered (4th floor), ice machine not working. Buffalo shopping not great anymore, Galleria Mall is the only one left.
