“Jen is AWESOME. I had some issues today and she was so helpful and saved the day twice. Warning avoid tide pods at all cost! The pod dyed my brand new sweatpants and I didn’t notice until after I dried them and Jen GOT THE STAIN OUT LIKE MAGIC.”
“Stumbling across L.A.S.T. Call Laundry is the equivalent of getting just a little bit of agency back, I'm not exaggerating.
For someone who suffers from a disability it can be hard to get your laundry done if you don't have access to a machine at your home.
Enter L.A.S.T. Call Laundry, which is all honesty was my first call, but definitely my last stop.
The service is friendly, accommodating and very reasonable. And that fact is why I'll be sticking with them going forward.
So, if you have need of off-site laundry, (for whatever reason), but especially if you are home bound, debilitated and don't have the means to get it done yourself, don't worry, L.A.S.T. Call will get it done for you. They did for me and no pun intended (well, maybe just a little) THAT takes a load off.

“The young woman at the register was very friendly. Smiled and had a conversation with me and I appreciated that. The service was fast and affordable and I will be coming back for all of my dry cleaning needs. I felt like family there!”

“I came here today because of the good reviews. I'll go back again because of the service. The owner was onsite and gave me his full attention as soon as I approached the counter. I didn't know how to use the machines and he was a huge help. He showed me how to load my stuff, and recommended how I could save money. This guy was friendly and helpful to every customer he encountered.
As for the laundromat, it was clean and organized. There's a pinball machine in the back for customers to pass the time away and plenty of reasonably priced snacks too. They also offer wash and fold services, which is a nice convience for those who need it.
All in all, I was quite impressed with everything this place has to offer and will be back for the great service and welcoming atmosphere!”
“Great experience at this laundromat; Robyn was very welcoming. All the machines accept both quarters and cards. If all you have are larger bills, you can ask the attendant to break it for you if you don't want $20 in quarters.”
“This laundromat is beyond amazing. This is the first one I've been to and Callie, who is the attendant has been an absolute pleasure. The prices are reasonable with many machines, change breaking option and a soap center.
Callie helped with every little question I had regarding which machine to use for my load and made this visit a memorable one. This has set the standards for me regarding customer service and making sure that you leave with a smile!”
“I dropped off a comforter on the 23rd, needing it back before the holidays as I had some visitor's coming to stay with me last minute. They put a rush on my order and it was ready to pick up the following day (Christmas Eve) at noon. The staff was so nice both times I went in and I really appreciated the help and cheerfulness amidst the stress of the season. I'll definitely be back!”
“Absolutely the best Laundromat in the area. Clean and well maintained with friendly helpful staff and a safe welcoming atmosphere and the no. 5 bus lane conveniently close. I would give six stars if I could.”
“A very clean facility with helpful staff. It wasn’t too busy when there to wash our clothes. They as well have a nail salon connected which I have to say was mighty nice and surprising.”
“This place is the Cadillac of Laundromats. Just brought my new house and was waiting weeks for my new washer and dryer. I needed to wash and I was really impressed. I haven't been to a Laundromat in over 20 years. I took quarters lolllll...didn't need them. You add money to their special laundry card. This place came through. Please keep it beautiful like it is and everyone respect the gorgeousness, efforts, time, investments and quality that this place gives. Thank you.”

“My family has been going to Towne Laundry for over 10 years. LOVE doing laundry here, the new dryers are awesome btw!! This laundromat is clean, and their machines are organized in a way that works really well. They have a huge sign that says 'Start Here' for new customers. And my favorite part....... no quarters! Getting a laundry card that you can load with cash or card(debit/credit) I think it's great! There are 3 T.V.s with remotes open to whoever wants to watch something. The prices are fair for what they offer, but the one thing that really makes it easy to drive past other laundromats, when you load $20 onto that card they give you some bonus money... each time you get to $20 and it doesn't have to be in the same day. It adds up, however you add it, from a few hours to a couple weeks inbetween adding funds the card-loader remembers and you get that bonus. That bonus has saved me so many times from going home with wet laundry because I didn't plan accordingly; I'd give them another star if I could just for that!
Only things missing:
•2 dryers(damn near brand new too) that were used as a barbecue.
•A gaming machine(thats always dead) in corner would be better as a pop machine(plz plz plz pepsi)
•So they have a bill exchanger for large to small bills, but a machine that accepts all the change you put in it, loads it right onto your card in $0.25 increments would be another win. New customers wouldn't have to unload their change somewhere else(if they had any) especially if it's AFTER hours for their attendant. And i'd finally be able to use all the change from my cars cup holder to do the laundry, without my pants falling down from the coin weight(or losing 10% to a greedy coinstar machine.)
Typically we start our laundry after 10pm due to amount of washers/dryers we need at one time. Any issues have been corrected by an attendant, and those issues we're all before they installed new dryers too. If you do have a hiccup -whether it's your fault or the machines- if you can talk to the attendant without being a nasty Karen(i'm sorry to all the nice Karens out there) about it i'd be willing to bet they'll replace the time/money loss.
Sorry for the essay but it really is a great place to do laundry, even after hours!”

“Been coming to this place on and off for years. Had a machine eat my change and texted the owner and she got back to me super fast and was able to fix the problem all over the phone!”
“This place is clutch! They have bailed me out of poor planning situations twice by being able to put a rush on my dry cleaning turnaround times. Would definitely recommend giving them your business-top notch customer service!”
“This company has been cleaning my office windows for at least 10 years and have always been professional and timely as well as affordable. I also use them for my home and I am very satisfied. I will not need to look elsewhere. This is a DEPENDABLE window cleaning business.”
“Maria is a beautiful soul. She takes time
Out to explain the washer and dryer. She is very friendly. The cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in a long time.”
“Excellent laundromat, very clean machines, dryers and folding areas as others have stated. I agree a bill changer would be the only thing it needs. I had to go next door to Family Dollar to get cash.
For reference and at the time of this review:
Small machines: $3.00 (2 loads)
Medium machines: $5.00 (4 loads)
Large machines: $7.00 (6 loads)
X-Large machines: $9.00 (8 loads)
Jumbo machines: $13.00 (12 loads)
Dryers: $0.25 per 6 mins dry time”

“My first time here. I came around 4am. When I arrived there was a homeless man sleeping in the chairs and the laundromat was dirty. Shortly after I saw the owner/e employee running in and made the homeless man leave and cleaned the building. I love that you can use your debit card at the machine instead of taking out cash. My clothes came out clean n the dryer’s get nice and hot. I haven’t been to a 24/7 laundromat in years but this will be my to go to if I’m too lazy to wash during normal business hours at my laundromat in my home town.”
“Best Laundromat downtown! Affordable with the loyalty card program (every 11th wash is free). Coin operated-bring all your quarters! Also has a change machine if you need more quarters.”

“Today was a wonderful day
George assisted me in my laundry due to a mistake on my end, and actually gave me a free spin. Amazing people and an amazing laundry.
Nice and clean and safe environment”
“Monaco’s Laundromat is seriously the best, It is really clean and organized. You pay per pound which is amazing, the folding service is also great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it here!!!!!”
“I brought them a textured vintage silk jacket that had been in a tropical country for a while and smelled heavily of mildew. I'd tried to get the smell out myself at home with a steamer but to no avail. I got it back a few days later in mint condition, no smell whatsoever. Always happy with the quality of the cleaning done here!”

“yep, this is a laundromat. a little rundown and several machines are out of order, but there are plenty to go around. last wash is at 8:30pm, and they close at 10pm.
washer prices: standard top load washers are $2.75, standard front load washers are $2.50, maxi load washers (I think that's about 2 loads) are $5, the 4 load commercial washers are $5.25, the 6 load commercial washers are $7.25, and the largest commercial washers (8 loads) are $9. there's another pair of maytag commercial washers which are out of order.
dryer prices: as far as I can tell, they all start at 25¢. not sure how long that's for as I think it varies by machine. EDIT: 25¢ gets you 7 minutes on the maytag stack dryers at the back”
“Porter Avenue Coin Laundry is an excellent laundromat! The entire place was super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. They have big-screen TVs to watch while you’re waiting, and everything was neat and organized. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking great. Very nice experience — definitely one of the nicest laundromats I’ve been to. Highly recommend!”
“Omg I have never used a laundromat and I felt like a lost fish out of water....but my first time coming here...it was clean....the guy that works there is so helpful....even the ppl there washing their own clothes are polite?.... I'm glad I picked the right establishment... Definitely recommend...and if I ever need to go back...This is my spot ?”

“Would have given five stars but the owner saw me in my armor and gave me dirty looks. He probably didn't know that I'm the Buffalo Black Knight, fighting for all of you against the orange monster, but he saw a white guy in armor and jumped to racists conclusions. Still a great laundromat tho. Go Bills! ?❤️?❤️”

“Nice and clean inside and out. Parking is sufficient. The only issue was a cpl of the driers didn't except quarters and others didn't dry at all. Which I guess is to be expected but there was nobody to get a refund or notify and no phone number to call. I will be going back.
I am back here again it’s been awhile and all of the dryers I used worked fantastic!! The washers everything. So I give 5 stars this time instead of the 4!!”
