“This laundromat is beyond amazing. This is the first one I've been to and Callie, who is the attendant has been an absolute pleasure. The prices are reasonable with many machines, change breaking option and a soap center.
Callie helped with every little question I had regarding which machine to use for my load and made this visit a memorable one. This has set the standards for me regarding customer service and making sure that you leave with a smile!”
“I dropped off a comforter on the 23rd, needing it back before the holidays as I had some visitor's coming to stay with me last minute. They put a rush on my order and it was ready to pick up the following day (Christmas Eve) at noon. The staff was so nice both times I went in and I really appreciated the help and cheerfulness amidst the stress of the season. I'll definitely be back!”

“My family has been going to Towne Laundry for over 10 years. LOVE doing laundry here, the new dryers are awesome btw!! This laundromat is clean, and their machines are organized in a way that works really well. They have a huge sign that says 'Start Here' for new customers. And my favorite part....... no quarters! Getting a laundry card that you can load with cash or card(debit/credit) I think it's great! There are 3 T.V.s with remotes open to whoever wants to watch something. The prices are fair for what they offer, but the one thing that really makes it easy to drive past other laundromats, when you load $20 onto that card they give you some bonus money... each time you get to $20 and it doesn't have to be in the same day. It adds up, however you add it, from a few hours to a couple weeks inbetween adding funds the card-loader remembers and you get that bonus. That bonus has saved me so many times from going home with wet laundry because I didn't plan accordingly; I'd give them another star if I could just for that!
Only things missing:
•2 dryers(damn near brand new too) that were used as a barbecue.
•A gaming machine(thats always dead) in corner would be better as a pop machine(plz plz plz pepsi)
•So they have a bill exchanger for large to small bills, but a machine that accepts all the change you put in it, loads it right onto your card in $0.25 increments would be another win. New customers wouldn't have to unload their change somewhere else(if they had any) especially if it's AFTER hours for their attendant. And i'd finally be able to use all the change from my cars cup holder to do the laundry, without my pants falling down from the coin weight(or losing 10% to a greedy coinstar machine.)
Typically we start our laundry after 10pm due to amount of washers/dryers we need at one time. Any issues have been corrected by an attendant, and those issues we're all before they installed new dryers too. If you do have a hiccup -whether it's your fault or the machines- if you can talk to the attendant without being a nasty Karen(i'm sorry to all the nice Karens out there) about it i'd be willing to bet they'll replace the time/money loss.
Sorry for the essay but it really is a great place to do laundry, even after hours!”

“Excellent laundromat, very clean machines, dryers and folding areas as others have stated. I agree a bill changer would be the only thing it needs. I had to go next door to Family Dollar to get cash.

“yep, this is a laundromat. a little rundown and several machines are out of order, but there are plenty to go around. last wash is at 8:30pm, and they close at 10pm.
washer prices: standard top load washers are $2.75, standard front load washers are $2.50, maxi load washers (I think that's about 2 loads) are $5, the 4 load commercial washers are $5.25, the 6 load commercial washers are $7.25, and the largest commercial washers (8 loads) are $9. there's another pair of maytag commercial washers which are out of order.
dryer prices: as far as I can tell, they all start at 25¢. not sure how long that's for as I think it varies by machine. EDIT: 25¢ gets you 7 minutes on the maytag stack dryers at the back”

“This laundromat's bright, decently clean, all machinery works & there's no shade loitering around.
One improvement I'd suggest is installation of a power door for obvious reasons, also the plastic chairs are cracked & the dryer door glass had a noticeable film on them that was overlooked during last cleaning.
We absolutely love the multiple magnum sized Dexter Big Boys! ? It's a bit far for us to travel too, however the drive's well worth the experience.”

“The owner takes such great care of my laundry. I discovered Rosemary when I had a hip replacement and couldn't do my own laundry. She picked it up and did a wonderful job washing and folding.
