“Somay was the best! I came in friday feburary 20th between 2pm-3pm. Somay was so polite, talkative & professional. The waiting room was packed. She came out initially to do a standby list call (see who's still waiting walk ins), & was very informative about time -they were about 20 mins behind schedule & stern but not rude. I asked the use the restroom she said of course and led me to where it was. No later than 20-30 minutes in the waiting room, I was her lucky guest to be next in the needle seat ?. Great employee!! If I could have a specific tech each time I would have her. All the stars for her!”

“Went to go see Nicole at this location. 2nd time in a row I was lucky enough to get her. She is awesome. She has gotten me on the 1st try both times as I have tough veins. She is very accommodating as I lay down due to feeling faint. Definitely choose this location. All of the providers here that I have seen are great.”
“This location was super clean, easy to get to, parking was super close, and there was plenty! Check in was so easy, the scanners actually worked, and I was done in seconds. I waited all of 3 mins for my appointment! They were so fast with the collection I was almost an hour early for work! Make an appointment!”
“We use KSL for all of our patient testing and they have been wonderful to work with. The turn around time is amazing and they are always available to help if we ever have an issue.”
“After leaving quest because they're very inconvenient for me. And you have to schedule to see anybody. I turned a kaleida as a walk-in and the one on Union is the one I go to and I must say phenomenal absolutely every time I go there I'm in and out 10 minutes 15 Max. I see Lisa because she's usually working the time that I go. She's wonderful when she draws blood you wouldn't even know I went to get blood drawn. For a red comments that were not pretty nice about this place. Unless I experience it in the future, I have nothing bad to say. Only thing I can say is everybody has their bad days. Everybody we're human ???”

“I absolutely LOVE coming to this location! They have Sunday hours that make it easier for me to schedule. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had Denise as my phlebotomist and she is an absolute delight. She’s always in a great mood and smiling, happy to see you! AND she’s one of the only people that can take my blood on the first try with no issue and no pain. Thank you Denise for always making my appointments so wonderful!!”

“Make sure to make an appointment. Go early if you want it to be on time. Later appointments can run late and you might be there waiting for awhile. The ladies here are very busy and are good at taking the blood samples, quick and not painful. I was not thrilled this year when I was told incorrect information by the tech and had to come back several times. If you are getting special tests you might be on your own to research and see what you can get, if you need an alternative and to make sure the codes match up. I understand the tech might not know but say so and direct me to corporate or online don’t say the tests are illegal in NYS.”
