“The woman at the front desk (who also ended up drawing my blood) was AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I wish I could remember her name but I came in with so much blood work that needed to be done and she was so patient getting everything ready, she even had to call my dr because they mislabeled something on the script. “Make sure to make an appointment. Go early if you want it to be on time. Later appointments can run late and you might be there waiting for awhile. The ladies here are very busy and are good at taking the blood samples, quick and not painful. I was not thrilled this year when I was told incorrect information by the tech and had to come back several times. If you are getting special tests you might be on your own to research and see what you can get, if you need an alternative and to make sure the codes match up. I understand the tech might not know but say so and direct me to corporate or online don’t say the tests are illegal in NYS.”

“I am a "tough stick" .... I don't do well with needles and my veins are not always cooperative. The phlebotomist (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was very patient, understanding and calming and offered to use a small needle. I barely felt the stick. Her distracting methods worked very well! Usually when I get blood draws, Samantha does them and is great. The girl that did me on Friday was also very good.”

I arrived and there was no waiting time and a technician took me in immediately. She said I lucked out and came in at the perfect window of time, I was in and out in under 10 minutes!”

“I received a call from Quest alerting me to an abnormal testing result, that I purchased online. I was offered a complimentary consultation with one of their doctors. I, respectfully, declined because I have a doctor that I could talk to. But it is reassuring to know that Quest has my back.”
“This Quest is always on time and very friendly. Idk the phlebotomist name but she is the last room on the right side hallway was the best. I didn't even feel the prick. Always professional. I'm thankful that we get her when we go. I wish you can schedule an appointment, since we can't I just keep my fingers crossed that she calls our name.”

However, there is a staff member there who truly stands out and does an exemplary job. She is known to me at “Tracy #2, Room 5.” Tracy is kind, compassionate and a true professional at her job.
