“My portable oxygenator started acting up last night. I immediately called Respiratory Services/AdaptHealth, granted it was after hours around 9pm. Nevertheless, someone answered I explained the situation and I was promised someone would be out to service/replace my equipment in the morning. I received a call about 8am the next day confirming my appt. The service representative showed up at my home at 10:55 am. Previous to that I received a call and a text including a photo of the technician. That extra step put me at ease.Little things like that makes this company stand out from the rest.
