“I moved a lot over the past 4 years, a lot. I could tell you horror stories about a few of the moving companies that are doing business in the Buffalo area. I called M&J and they took my job and gave me a quote. I got ripped off from the last company that added a $160 travel fee that wasn’t in the original quote, so expecting the same, I went to the bank and withdrew an extra amount of money to cover my butt.They showed up promptly with 2 trucks and 6 guys! I didn’t have a ton of stuff to move (it took half of one truck. The owner sent all of the guys to get the job done quickly) as I was going from a house to an 2nd floor apartment. The guys were so nice, clean, efficient and sober! (Yeah, I have stories!) They took great care of all of my furniture (I have some antiques) and the floors at the old house and the new apartment, putting down blankets to cover the carpets. They were done within an hour and had to go to breakfast because I had to finish paperwork at the complex. The whole move was finished within 2.5 hours!I just cannot say enough good things about M&J movers! I would definitely use them again! That extra money that I took out of the bank? I gave it to them as a tip.”

“Highly recommend it for U-Haul rental! Very nice facilities overall, the storage areas are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! We rented a 15' truck to move and the entire vehicle was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The truck functioned perfectly and I had no issues with checking it out or returning it.If you're looking for a truck rental in the area, don't go anywhere else if you can get one here. They truly care, and they want you to have the best possible experience. I will be using them as much as possible in the future!”

First big move of a whole house full of a couple decades of memories for myself, and it went smooth and stress free - at least once the crew showed up and started working - all my worries went away! Fast, friendly, efficient, polite, handled our belongings as if it were their own. Doors needed to be removed, appliances barely made it down stairs, furniture squeezed through doorways - and there was not one bit of damage to either house or any belongings. The 4 gentlemen who helped us were really considerate of our time, and very courteous of our furniture, ensuring everything was put in the right room and even helping us relocate things when we realized we got mixed up. “I found out at the beginning of June that my move to a better apartment building was going to happen at the end of the month. I received estimates for moving from other companies for over $2000 but they couldn’t do it because of such a short notice. I called Diamond and spoke with Elise. She set it up perfectly for me. They came on the date and at the time they said and packed it, moved it and unpacked it for almost half the cost of the other companies. Extremely professional people with great personalities.
