“Great people and service, but the dog food is terribly organized. Spent 20 minutes searching for a certain puppy food before realizing they just don't stock it despite having the adult version in great supply. The food in question was Purina One True Instinct, if anyone is wondering.
They had a great supply of things most places don't have for various pets and real bone treats.”

“I had such a great experience with Mel’s K9 shop! I ordered a gender reveal bone cake and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Mel was so nice, easy to work with, and really went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. You can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does and cares for her costumers. “I visited the Buffalo location on Great Arrow. My experience was over the top! The reason I stopped by, was to purchase more of the dog bones that my dog just loves. My five star rating is not just because the Dog treats are great, but the personal customer service and attention that I received while on site. How I was treated, honestly, was unexpected. I was expecting just a transaction to buy some treats for our dog. But to my surprise it was a more personal and pleasurable visit. Jackie, thank you so much awesome visit.”

“Best place for dog boarding! I don’t leave reviews often, but after having my dog for five years and taking my dog here pretty much the whole time, I felt I needed to leave a review after our last vacation. They are always so happy to see my dog come and sad to see him go. I know I hate boarding my dog because I hate leaving him behind, but I have peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands with the workers. I do not take my dog to day care so I can’t comment on that. “I stopped in to this shop today to look for some gently cooked food options for my pups. I had a great conversation with the staff member Buddy. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed me to the exact type product I was looking for and answered all of my questions. We chatted about our dogs and he showed me around the store. I would highly recommend this business.”

I don't know if this place is under new management but, we went in to possibly purchase some fish today, 8-11-24. The young man with the beard came right over to us asking if we needed help. He was extremely helpful, he answered all our questions, he offered recommendations about the care of certain fish. And the fish tanks were SOOOOOOO CLEAN !!! At checkout, the cashier was friendly and courteous and had a great sense of humor. Wow...what a difference ! We haven't been in there in over a year because of horrible service. Kudos to whoever took over. I wish we could have gotten their names because they BOTH deserve recognition for their outstanding service.”
“Lexi is amazing! My stubborn 14 year old dog gets so excited when we pull in. As soon as she see Lexi her tail goes a mile a minute and she rolls over for her belly rub, with a huge smile on her face. If you want your pet taking good care of Lexi is the best.”

“It had been a while since I shopped here, but I recently became a pet parent again. First of all, I was SHOCKED to see prices for canned cat food WAY LOWER than the grocery stores! I thought they'd be higher! I was also quite happy to see a big selection of feline products. If you're looking for higher-end products (a bit out of my price range now), they carry these as well. I'll also say that the staff here are absolutely amazing. Every single time I've been here over the years, the customer service has been excellent and the employees are cheerful and knowledgeable. My daughter manages a pet store in another state, so I know a bit about the industry from her and so I don't give underserved accolades. Well-done, Pet Supplies Plus.”

“Not all pet stores are made the same. Had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Melissa about my saltwater fish, cat, and dogs. It's amazing the complexity that our hats have between their personalities, eating habits and general behavior.
It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location.
The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers.
Who would have thought that I learned something interesting about cat food with gravy? Good stuff!”
