The only place that is open until a reasonable hour. 5/6PM close is so generous compared to the other sites. I just wish I didn't always have to go this far to get to a QD place that is open when I am fully awake.

Great experience. Waited < 1 minute before I was called for my appt. and my blood was drawn, staff was professional, and I was on my way a couple of minutes later. Highly recommend.

We went to get a stool sample collection jar for my 18 month old boy. The lab technician called us in and came up with a huge list of blood test and allergy test list without verifying test request date that was requested a year before. We call our child's PCP, found out the only stool test is being requested , which we came to pick up the sample container to begin with. A huge heart break for the technician. Mean while my 18 month old kid threw up all over his body in his stroller at technician's room and that was like a spike in her frustration. Me and my wife ask her the direction to the toilet for changing kid's dress to cleanup our kid. She rudely said "you have to clean my floor" which I would have automatically done as a responsible father . But her tone of was harsh and rude . I replied on her comment that to let us clean the kid first then I will clean her floor. After changing my kid I went out from the restroom to ask her to give a plastic bag for the wet cloth. Seems like she is doing me a gigantic favor by THROWING a plastic bag to me. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional attitude. I ignore that too. Went back to the restroom to help my wife and kid. A few seconds later she followed me with a broom to the rest room giving it to my wife demanding to clean the restroom before going back to her room. That was the last draw on my end. I asked her to see the facility manager to speak with. Asking her as a professional medical facility they should have a cleaning person to take care of this kind of situation. I would have done it automatically without being told by her demanding rudely. But her attitude was very very rude and unprofessional. She replied that they do not have any cleaning personal (which I highly doubt, a professional cleaning/sanitizing personal is a must in any medical facility where blood and other samples are collected daily). She refuses to call the manager. I demand service of which I made an appointment for and demand to see manager to file a complaint of her rude and unprofessional behavior. a second employee (probably manager) came. Refuse service and tell us to live otherwise she will call police. I was speechless on this act. We went outside the diagnostic center as demanded and called police by my self while waiting outside the facility to file a written complaint of this kind of raciest behaviour. Police came , requesting us to complain to the corporate saying that we have done the right thing by coming out when employee said to leave otherwise that could have been a violation. I will for sure file a complaint to make sure this kind of misbehaving racist act don't repeat in west Seneca of WNY. None goes to Quest diagnostics for fun visit. Very much disappointment as all quest customer goes there for some kind of physical crisis to be diagnosed for . Certainly we cannot find a cure but at least deserve respect,sympathy, a professional attitude and a simple smile would have done magic.

Had to make an appointment to drop off a sample,..I was on time for my appointment. Still had to sit in waiting room for 45 minutes to drop it off. What a waste of time !

The absolute worst quest location ever. Even making an appointment you are looking at an hour wait at the very LEAST. Then you have irate customers who will cut off your spot in the line and the workers do absolutely nothing, will just let them do whatever they want and cut you in line. Not to mention you should not have to make an appt and wait for an hour just to DROP SOMETHING OFF. Do better. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Last time: Appt at 5, get seen at 630.
This place is either woefully understaffed or bad at their jobs. One of the two!
