I have been here 3 hours & still waiting. Test requires fasting since last night. Web site never have appointments available, so you are forced to be a walk in. Staff is less than kind to walk ins. Worse customer service ever. Will be looking for somewhere else in the future.

Worst experience ever, came here 2 days in a roll waited 8 hrs total, still got nothing done, all the appointments are few days away and I only have 2 days to get my pre employment drug test done, it's lose lose either way

I want to start by saying that this one-star review does not reflect the staff, but the company itself. What the heck is going on?! Quest used to be SO quick and efficient…now it’s incredibly difficult to be seen. I scheduled an appointment days in advance, arrived early, and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. Per the screen in the waiting room, they had over 40 appointments scheduled within 60 minutes…that’s totally unacceptable if you are short handed. What’s the point in making an appointment?! Then again, if you come as a walk-in you’ll literally never be seen. So ridiculous! Hire more phlebotomists, there is clearly a dire need. It’s not fair to overwhelm your current staff like this. Very disappointed.

Most useless people in the world work there no one answers the phone everyone's lazy my appointment no matter who makes it never shows up in there system it's a different problem every time god forbid I show up as a walk in before they close for a pee test that takes 2 seconds useless

Idk who the tech was and i feel bad for not gettin her name, that helped me but she was super. made me instantly comfortable and reassured and even laughed at my lame jokes. needles freak me out and she was so highly skilled it was over before i realized it. she got 5 gallons(jk lol)5 tubes in like seconds and had me on my way in no time which was kinda a bummer cuz she was really nice funny sweet and kind i could of hung around there all day cutting up and clowning around w her. i have a lil peeve when professionals today are overly professional bcuz it makes me think theyre dead inside but not this girl shes a total rock star and was absolutely a delight. i gotta do this blood work next year too & i really hope shes there. somebody should get her a day off with pay or buy her lunch or a lil bonus or a cool gift card or something. she deserves it and putting up with my wacky jokes she earned it too lol. i bet shes this awesome to every patient who she sees. thank her for me. ✌️♥️? signed, #genxlegend

Choose another location is best advice I have...made appt for daughter and they said they didn't get script and refused to do verbal Auth over phone so we made a second appt and I called quest prior to verify they had script and they said yes but when we showed up and waited way past our appt time just for the woman to tell us she didn't have anything but if I can come back in morning she can call and do verbal Auth since they are closed now...WTH!

Brought my daughter here for bloodwork and Francesca was absolutely amazing. We've unfortunately had bad experiences elsewhere, so my daughter was understandably very, very nervous. She spoke so calmly and kindly to her and made the process as easy as she could. She is very patient and skilled. Will definitely be back in the future!

I had an appt today @ Southgate Plaza, and had a pleasant experience. I was able to log in on my phone when I pulled in the parking lot. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting area. Thelma was my phlebotomist. She was wonderful and very gentle. She has such a pleasant attitude, and makes you feel very comfortable. She is definitely an asset to the company. I had the most amazing experience with the woman who took care of me at this location. I cannot believe I forgot her name but I do remember her name tag said she was an employee trainer. So soft spoken and sweet - it’s people like this that absolutely make your day better just because they want to. 5 stars!

I just had the best experience ever at this location by Destiny! I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with this sweet woman. Very personable, happy and I have no marks on my arm from the draw. She is a blessing.

If you're fortunate enough to secure an appointment, this is a good Quest location. However, they lack the early morning appointment hours that many other locations have. They also claim to only take walk-ins if they have an appointment cancelation, regardless of how many staff and rooms are actually available. This is something I only found out about after I and the two walk-ins ahead me waited for at least a half hour, and a staff member came out and told us (along with the 4 other walk-ins) that we had almost no chance of being seen in the next hour. All the check-in kiosk said was that it might be a bit of wait for walk-ins, not that you could easily sit there indefinitely without service. Why even bother signing up walk-ins if there's such a small chance of them being seen?

I went on 12/13/2022 for a blood work that I scheduled 3 weeks a head, the phlebotomist there didn't bother looking at my script well, she told me that she couldn't pull the script from their system because she can't find the doctor NPI # or phone# in my script. I had to leave, and as I was walking to my car, I looked at my script and saw the Dr. NPI # clearly written there. Very disappointing experience, delay in my blood work results, and medication adjustment, which I urgently needed upon the blood work results.

Absolutely the worst. I had an appointment at 10am on the 29th of April. When I arrived the door was locked and another customer approached stating she also has an appointment. We then knocked for about 5minutes. An employee Open the door and stated she was closed. Myself and the other lady that had an appointment stated there’s no possible way because we both have appointments. The employee then stated we close at 9 AM for a staff meeting. I then explained my situation and told her how I needed to get this part done today. I also expressed that if The location was closed then why would we both have appointments. She then responded “that is not my problem we are closed”. Then she close the door. Absolutely the worst. Very irresponsible and simply just rude. She did not seem as if she wanted to help either of us. The worst customer service an irresponsible place I have ever dealt with. I for sure will not be going back.
