“I love coming to this mall I also use this mall as a training area for my service dog. There are a lot of great and exotic stores to stop at and the employees in the stores I went in are absolutely amazing. They have urban air, Dicks warehouse, Regal, Dave and Busters, Cheesecake Factory, 5 wits (which is a blast I've done all 3 room and all 3 rooms are handicap accessible which is great) there is a wide variety of of shops and restaurants so you can find what your looking for.”
“This rating is for the Buffalo store. They have so much Buffalo Bills merchandise it's fabulous! We are from out of town and went there specifically to get some, very nice selection. Huge store!

“Went to Dollar Tree to grab a few things. Always hectic. Got what I wanted. Waited in line for 15 minutes and was able to go. It's ok, but always so slow to pay and leave.”

Other visits included ... UPS Store, Independent Health (Services location), Watson's Candy, and other stores.
We continue to shop at these stores.”
“This is a nice place to find reasonable prices on clothing. We even found Buffalo Bills sweats and sweatshirts at the best prices , compared to anywhere in the area. Not a lot of staff to lend a hand, but the ones we did find were very pleasant and helpful.”
“I've been coming here for years to get frozen yogurt, and now I've been able to enjoy going to the Sun Restaurant as well. Parking is in the back. The restaurant's entrance is in the back as well, and the frozen yogurt shop's entrance is just around on the side.”
“I started going there back in the early 1960's when it was called Pearson's. My mom was a waitress there. I still love the food and atmosphere in the Broadway Market. Lots of great memories.”

“I'm not great with computers at all. My son was getting ready to head off to college, and we needed some stuff printed out. The associate was very pleasant and gave me instructions on how to print what I needed. Can I just tell you that I only remembered 2 out of the 5 steps given, completely embarrassed. The associate came back and helped me. I apologized, and she was just so very pleasant. I'll definitely go back, but my son is doing everything. Lol”

“This plaza has a nice variety of stores, but do be careful driving in the plaza. Other vehicles ignore or don't see painted traffic instructions (like stop), and tend to blaze around corners blindly. During winter, the plaza is modestly kept clear of snow despite a massive front end loader sitting next to a snow pile. Beware of ice!”
“They had what was needed but the Elmwood store does not care about there customers didn't attempt to look for a part west ferry shop really are getting things in tack and that employee really assisted me with the help I needed appreciate him”
“This mall is a very nice mall, the aesthetics are nice. There is a lot of local owned businesses inside to choose from and if I lived nearby I would be visiting this place a lot.”

“I love Southgate plaza, there's even a couple mailboxes and UPS boxes throughout the plaza (on the walkways) for when you're visiting and have anything to mail. I'm also happy that there's a Paula's donuts here, MMMM! All in all, many different things in one place, market in the square, dollar tree, clothing stores, a couple banks, 2 restaurants, a pizzeria, Paula's donuts, a gym to burn off all of those calories afterwards lol, a jeweler, bath and body works, hallmark store, meat market, Connecticut Life and a few other things. Nearby is a pet shop, dry cleaner, other banks, fast food spots, Tim Horton's and dunkin donuts, library, Jim's Steakout etc.”
