“I have felt with Peoples Alliance for over 30 years. I have in for all of that time gone to the Ronkonkoma or Hauppauge branches. Now that I live in Syosset I go to the Westbury location. I always liked Peoples Alliance The staff is always fast and friendly and are always willing to help. The Westbury location is sorta hidden, And if you are not looking carefully you could miss it all together. It is in a big office building right in the front. Never had a problem in over 30 years of doing business with them.”
“I just got done with a problem in my account. Madeline at the Massapequa Branch was so polite and helpful, she found the issue, gave me some great advice and then corrected it. During the entire process I was treated like family. I've always received great service at Jovia but today I was very upset and she went above and beyond. If you're looking for a model employee, Madeline is the one. Give that woman a raise!!!!”
“I would like to say that Mrs. Antonietta M. Chiauzzi is truly a very professional banker. Mrs. Chiauzzi sincerely seeks to maintain the banking relationship between the bank and its customers and will go out of her way to communicate with the customer to maintain that relationship. Too add to Mrs. Chiauzzi's professional demeanor, she is also sincerely very charming and of a very kind nature. My recent banking experience with Mrs. Chiauzzi is the best I have experienced in a number of banking years with a bank. Although it is naturally the deposits and loans that add value to a bank, I can not overstate that Mrs. Chiauzzi is also an invaluable asset to the bank. Mrs. Chiauzzi is a Star.”

Helped me print out a new card the morning I was made aware my card info got stolen the day after Christmas!! and was very patient with me even though I was a bit stressed out. Helped by a man that day don’t remember his name. But every staff member I have worked with has been great at this location. Love TD bank!”

“I visited the Chase branch in Westbury yesterday around 11 AM, and I was very impressed with the excellent service I received. After finding many branches closed, I was glad to discover this one not far from my workplace. I was helped immediately - there was no wait at all. The advisor who assisted me, Louis, was outstanding. He gave me personal attention, answered all my questions, and even walked me over to the cashier to complete my transaction. The only downside was the lack of parking, especially for someone with a disability. The bank is located at the corner of two busy streets, and I had to park across the road near a liquor store and cross traffic to get there. Also, as a Chase customer for 20 years, I was surprised to be charged $3 for three checks as a Chase Premier customer. I’ve never had a checkbook from Chase before, so I assumed they’d be complimentary - but I understand this may be a policy issue.
Overall, I give this branch 4 out of 5 stars: top-notch service but parking and minor charges could be improved.”
