She was super helpful and when she didn't have the answer she spoke to the manager who was also twice as helpful. Thank you both for your patience with my question. “I’m very surprised at these other reviews, I couldn’t be happier with the service at this branch. I make weekly deposits here and everyone is very friendly. The line is always short and the service is prompt. I have also used them for wire transfers with great success. M&T bank overall is a little clunky with some of their online banking and other services but I am very pleased with this branch specifically, it feels like a local business.”
