Service is excellent, with staff going out of their way to help resolve issues. They are attentive and can fix problems quickly. While some items may be out of stock or not on display for evaluation, products can be shipped and arrive quickly. Prices can be better than expected, though extended warranties are seen as overpriced compared to checking directly with the vendor. Overall, it is a store where helpful service and product variety make it a valuable place for tech purchases.
Today I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 from Best Buy in a digital form. The technician/ salesperson from Best Buy walked me through the download, set up and payment process in a very diligent manner. I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Best Buy and with the Microsoft product.
