Best Buy is a great place to compare products with a wide variety of tech and competition pricing. The staff are polite, professional, helpful, courteous, friendly, and accessible. Service is excellent, with staff going out of their way to help resolve issues. They are attentive and can fix problems quickly. While some items may be out of stock or not on display for evaluation, products can be shipped and arrive quickly. Prices can be better than expected, though extended warranties are seen as overpriced compared to checking directly with the vendor. Overall, it is a store where helpful service and product variety make it a valuable place for tech purchases.
Walked in and the woman at the entrance asked me if I needed help finding something, she pointed exactly where I needed to go, then the guys at the electronics register asked me if I needed more assistance, checked me out and I left. In and out in less than 10 minutes, my ideal way to shop.

I was there today and found it very disorganized. I’ve been visiting stores in this chain for years, but this time it looked like it was going out of business. There were a lot of things out of place and very few people in the store.
