Costco has great prices for tires and the no install fee is nice. But just be prepared for a 2-2.5 hour wait for the tires to get swapped.

Speedy boys. If you schedule an appt here they will take you as timed. Some ppl need to be patient as the staff here so everything from the front desk to installing your tires and you can see they have to run back and forth constantly.
