“One of the best BJs in Nassau County! There is always so much parking and the staff is so always so nice. They also have lots of merchandise in stock and they service is always fast. This location doesnt get super crowded because I feel like most people just go to the garden city location. But this location has a tire shop and the gas station which are a great plus. The gas station is small which is the only downside and sometimes people have to wait in brush hollow rd to get gas which is dangerous. Other than that, everything is perfect about this BJs!”

“I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.”

Online checkout and reservation are straightforward and easy to use.During the installation, a member of the BJS tire team acknowledged my appointment and told me to return an hour later. A little over an hour and fifteen minutes later. New tires have already been installed.BJS tire team members executed well and in a timely manner. One of the best shopping experiences and with great customer service.2/12/2023 Update: Lately, I felt some vibration cruising at higher speed. I booked an appointment and BJ'S tire team found the issue, fixed and rebalancing all four tires. Fantastic job team. It's back to normal. If you bought tires at BJ'S, they will take care all tires related problem for you.”
