“I had tires for my dad's car installed here. I know nothing about tires and cars and Richard was incredibly patient and kind in answering my questions so that I could select the tires and get them installed. Richard is always nice and willing to help out - even if you call him afterwards. Angelo installed the tires and while he was doing that he pointed out some suspension issues/work my dad's car needed which was super helpful. The tire installation itself did take a very long time - but they are busy and if you have an afternoon appointment, it will inevitable run over.”
“One of the best BJs in Nassau County! There is always so much parking and the staff is so always so nice. They also have lots of merchandise in stock and they service is always fast. This location doesnt get super crowded because I feel like most people just go to the garden city location. But this location has a tire shop and the gas station which are a great plus. The gas station is small which is the only downside and sometimes people have to wait in brush hollow rd to get gas which is dangerous. Other than that, everything is perfect about this BJs!”
“I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.”

“Always good service as long as you make an appointment. Yes, appointments suck and you gotta sometimes wait a few hours after drop off but it guarantees that your car will be worked on that day. These guys are always busy but still do a great job.
Over the years have had several 3 full tire install/replacement and also one full tpms replacement. Also had some tire patches done. No complaints here,”
