“I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.”

“I recently went to the membership counter at Costco in Westbury and dealt with a gentleman named Fitzroy. He was the most amazing person to deal with not only was he friendly and accommodating, but very knowledgeable and handled my problems without any hesitation. If you get to go to Costco and you need help on your Membership he is the gentleman to say. You will not be sorry. He was absolutely amazing and if I could give him a raise myself, I would he was the best!”

After shopping around several places, I found BJS tire prices are definitely cheaper out of the door.BJS offered a $150 instant rebate on the new Michelin Cross Climate 2. Online checkout and reservation are straightforward and easy to use.During the installation, a member of the BJS tire team acknowledged my appointment and told me to return an hour later. A little over an hour and fifteen minutes later. New tires have already been installed.BJS tire team members executed well and in a timely manner. One of the best shopping experiences and with great customer service.2/12/2023 Update: Lately, I felt some vibration cruising at higher speed. I booked an appointment and BJ'S tire team found the issue, fixed and rebalancing all four tires. Fantastic job team. It's back to normal. If you bought tires at BJ'S, they will take care all tires related problem for you.”

“I've been to several Costcos in my life. Like most Costcos, most products are sold in bulk (aside from clothes) and truly meant for a family of 4+. I've been to a few in the city, but when we checked out this spot, I noticed it had more variety and was well-stocked. This was on a Monday morning though. We stopped by for a specific product and found it here. Costco is located in a popular shopping center with multiple other stores sharing the same parking lot. It was still appealing because Costco was huge with its own liquor store, tire store, and food court. They also have a can recycling area, which is typical of most Costcos, but this location seemed like many came here to do that. The employees seem to do most jobs pretty quickly and the wait is not long. I will definitely be coming here more often.”

His wife passed and he needed to make a few changes in their account. Ramon in customer service showed empathy in handling the situation and was patient and prompt in resolving the issue.”
