They don't have enough reps at the window. There should be two of them at the windows to serve at all times!

Rude and don’t listen to the customers. Wasted 2.5 hours of my time instead of believing that the customer might actually be in the right. I’ll be taking my future documents to OW postal office or Carle Place postal office instead.
