“I needed the whole clutch assembly on my VW. The dealer quoted $4000. I called this shop on a Monday, they had the parts Tuesday and had my job done, done right and out the door on Wednesday. They did it for under $1500. Amazing! Knowledgeable and thorough, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.”

“I have now had to spend almost $4000 in the past few months to fix up my car but they are great with timing and estimates. They are always honest and actually were able to realize my first job they thought they needed to do was something else once they got into it and cut the expense and wait time in half while also fixing a busted headlight, that had unknowingly been taped in before I bought it and other things. I highly recommend this garage but I swear if everyone starts going here and making you guys too busy I will be so sad!”

“I'd just like to thank Kyle the manager for helping me. I needed to install 4 tires and he took me in when I was scheduled to have the tires installed somewhere else. He also was very informative as my car needed repair on the subframe. He suggested CNY welding and after Kyle and his team finished installing the tires I spoke to Shane at CNY and he took the car right in. Thank you Kyle for all your help.”

“Great experience. They were easy to talk to, very communicative about how they were going about diagnosing the problem. Not to mention reasonably affordable! Other shops in this area would have overcharged like crazy, but I got a more than fair price here. They were also kind enough to fit me in the next day. Overall a great experience and will definitely make them my go to shop here.”

“I've been coming here for NY State inspections for my car for quite a few years, and I usually have a pretty positive experience. I usually deal with Pete, who I've been dealing with for decades since his Montgomery Ward Automotive days-he's a good dude. I'm sure there are other good people here I've dealt with too, but I can't remember their names right now. I like the fact that they don't try to aggressively upsell you. I don't mind buying services if I genuinely need them, but pushy sales tactics are a turn-off, and they haven't done that here so far.”

“I tried out this business for the first time today, because making appointments for any place in Rome seems to always mean nothing. Wait two hours before the vehicle even goes in for an oil change. So happy I found this place. Plus, it’s a lot closer to home! Price was much better and no wait time. They did a great job and I will continue to do business here. Highly recommend!”

“I am in the process of restoring a 1973 AMC Javelin. After sitting a number of years, the car developed some electric issues . Most shops will not work on classic cars. It requires patience, thought and skill. John took the car in and resolved issues for me The price was very fair for all the work he put into it. I will definitely return here if I need more work done. Thank you John!”
