Don't switch from rite aid to here they completely suck. You cannot call them at all ever and they lie and say they'll get things ready and they never do. Don't go here no matter what you'll be so sorry. I miss Andrea.

Signed up for a vaccine on the cvs website. Went through the whole process: giving personal info (not my favorite thing to do), getting upsold with vaccines I don't need, etc. Made an appointment. Was told to be on time, bring my healthcare paperwork, etc. Drove half an hour, arrived on time, and was told by pharmacy workers that there's nobody in the Westfield pharmacy who can give vaccines, so they couldn't help me. This was a huge waste of my time, and the insult to the injury was that the person who told me this seemed to be scolding me for somehow not knowing that everything in the cvs.com signup process was smoke and mirrors because they don't have a qualified pharmacist.
I'd leave feedback for cvs on their website but of course all they have is a customer service number where I can wait for half an our (on top of the hour I already drove) to speak to someone who has no authority to help me or I can write them a physical letter. No chat function, no email address, just a place to send a letter.
Thanks (but no thanks) for wasting an hour of my life, CVS, and costing me the opportunity to get my vaccines instead of spending my time finding a place that would actually do them.

The staff at the Westfield, NY CVS location were great!! They were very helpful, kind, patient, professional, funny, and provided excellent customer service.

I have never had anything but great service with the Westfield pharmacy. I know it is a tough job in there as I have known several pharmacy employees both here and other stores. Pharmacy work is on your feet all day with almost no breaks and a constant stream of scripts needing to be filled. Thank you to the Westfield pharmacy employees and also those in the rest of the store!!

I have been patient and understanding with scripts not being done. I waited a week to stop in to grab my script that when I called, said it would be ready Saturday late afternoon. I get there to pick up on Sunday to be informed that it is on back order and no idea when it will be in! At no point in the past week have they called to inform me to find a different pharmacy. This has happened a few times and the fact that they no longer transfer scripts and you have to call your doctor's is ridiculous! Such a bad company and I will be supporting out of the town pharmacies due to their bad ethics.

never ever come here if you can help it I pick up prescriptions for my mother and every time I do their phone's always messed up so I can never call and see what prescriptions are ready for her and what need to be filled for her, over the last 6 months I've came probably six times a month just trying to get all my mom's prescriptions and every time I go there they always say that none of them are ready and they want me to pick like two of the prescriptions out of like the 12 that she needs the most for them to get ready they are completely lazy I downloaded the CVS app to try to make things easier because that tells me when my orders are in progress when they're ready and I always put in my order to get her prescriptions filled days in advance and I always show up in nothing is done there's never any lines here but yet they don't want to feel more than two prescriptions at a time and I was irritated enough to write a review on Google because I'm tired of going to CVS six times a month just to get like a total of 10 prescriptions that are all supposed to be filled on the same day between working two jobs and living my own life I try to be nice and do everything I can for my mother so these prescriptions are ready when I go to CVS to pick them up, I tried downloading the app I tried calling ahead for me to get a hold of the pharmacy I have to call the front desk and have them transfer me to the pharmacy that's the only way I can ever get a hold of the pharmacy so my advice If you have to get more than two prescriptions be prepared for a bunch of headaches from CVS it's not just this location either I tried switching from this CVS in Westfield to Dunkirk CVS and they seem to still have the same problem there's never any customers there in line but yet they never have anything ready but you can't get in contact with them to tell them to fill them or to tell them to have them ready for when I come in

My wife and I was sent here to pick up prescriptions for her family and herself everything was fine at the drive through until a lady named JUDY !!!! asked what we needed my wife said quote on quote " hello I am here to pick up scripts for " and then Gave out last name and she responded and said in a very unprofessional tone " it's a long list when you know what you need then we will give it to you " and she walked away. I told my wife to just go into the store and ask another pharmacist for the medications. Once inside we spoke with another staff member in the pharmacy and I had asked him what the store number was and then JUDY turned around and said loudly 5075 ! I then said mam it your Job to fill prescriptions so we can pick them up she then got angry and said " it's not my job if you don't know what exactly you need ! I know in the past I have been sent to the pharmacy to pick up meds for a family member and not known what it was exactlyand was helped with no issue . This lady seriously needs to be talked to bout her Nasty attitude I will be calling Corp. to report this I also am asking anyone who has been to this store and had a bad experience with this pharmacist to please take the time to write a review she does not get away with treating customers this way it's rude unprofessional and un called for so please write a review if she has done this to you or a member in your family as well !!!!

I was at CVS today getting mine and my family's prescriptions when JUDY told me that because I didn't know exactly what the names of the prescriptions were that I needed to come back when I knew because she wasn't dealing with it.

WORST Pharmacy team in the history of CVS. Didn't think it could get worse, but it is. They are slow, have no concept of "customer service". They don't seem to know anything about the medications they're filling. Sick of having to wait 20min at the counter and then call out for attention- to then be told they'll be with me soon and wait another 10min.It's worth it to drive out of the way for a different CVS if you're going to the Pharmacy.That being said, the front-of-house team is very nice, and the stock is well maintained.

Worst pharmacy. My husband called in for a prescription yesterday. Of course it's all automated and you can't talk to a human. They said it would be done at noon and they would text. No text so I went up at 1:30. Well they are all on lunch and the pharmacy is closed until 2. We were supposed to leave for vacation this morning. It's bad enough we had to wait till noon. Why does it take so long to fill a prescription? Please Westfield put another pharmacy in town.
