“Still a great store. My go-to when my wife is in the other stores on this side. The employees are always very polite and very informative, several times I’ve asked for information and if they didn’t know they’d ask another associate or try to find the answer. I’ve gotten speakers, my Mac, games, headphones and more from this particular Best Buy. The one hour store pick up has also been very convenient at times. Also they saved me $200 from the last Mac purchase (which was the sales tax -_-).

“went in to change my phone, the person who assisted me was great. however, they added services onto my account without saying anything. i don't blame the workers, it's management that forces them to do things like this. considering many of these locations are low traffic, management holds these metrics over the employees heads. rather than properly train their employees on proper selling techniques, they push them to "slam" services onto accounts in hopes that customers will not notice, or notice too late. this allows them to say they're doing a better job selling services to corporate, when in reality they are using deceptive practices to deceive and steal from hard working men and women who already don't trust them.”

“This morning, I walked into the 7-Eleven made my coffee and I lost a $20 bill between my truck and making my coffee the bill was nowhere to be found they gave me a complementary coffee I walked out of the store was sitting in my truck in disbeliefThat I just lost my $20 that I had for the day, one of the workers Sean Glogg and his co worker Big T , Walked out of store and handed me a $20 bill I asked him if he found it on the floor and he said no Sean and big T both took $10 out of their pocket and put it together and gave it back to me, I was in shock these two workers need to be recognized for their kindness please corporate if you read this reach out to your store 245 West Main St.Store number 38 488 And give them the credit they deserve they are great people you hired take care of them thank you”

The gentleman who owns the place, I think he's from Afghanistan or something, he's always very nice. On July 11th, they give away free slurpees in honor of 711 day! Keep that in mind.”
