Went to pick up my phone and employees acted like I’m a Neusance and were rude. Did not offer to help me setup my phone either. Stay away from this store!

Super friendly staff - they guided us on what to do about a phone that’s in the bottom of the ocean. If you have T-Mobile’s insurance I recommend calling before going to the store - as this needs to be taken care of before getting a replacement phone.

good employees, I always leave with what I need done. They usually have products in stock on hand.
