After helping us while we were putting our belongings in order Andy brought us back bottled water. Being new to the area it was refreshing someone being so kind us. He even told us some of the history of the area, places to see, and how nice the community was.”
“I have been going to this location to get my U-Haul rentals for 5 years now and we went at least once to twice a year in order to bring back cans and bottles for a donation. Every time we enter the lobby of the U-Haul store location, they are immaculate. Everything is stocked and the people working the counter are always professional. Always friendly even on their bad days and I have been there. I would recommend overall 10 out of 10. Good job guys!”

We actually ended up going here because our experience was so bad at the u-haul on Lomond St and it really was a blessing in disguise. I would avoid the u-haul on Lomond St in Utica all together and go to the u haul in West Utica!”
