“As a usual 360 online customer, it was exciting to see real Bank Employees and other customers in person and face to face. Over the past few years, Capital one has shut down several branches. I drove over an hour to arrive at this one. The employees handled Customer Service well, the building was well kept from the outside and clean inside. I think I expected it to feel a little more cozier. Maybe 2 large vibrant plants at the entryway and some kind of wall decor. If you're not serving coffee yet from the pandemic, maybe put the lonely pot away for now. The Managers that helped me were inviting and went above and beyond. I would definitely drive her again for the in-person experience. It felt more efficient.”

“Service was a bit slow, but it was Sunday morning & there was only one person making the food. Still highly recommend it over the other stores in the area. They actually cook the bacon before putting it on the wraps. So I will gladly wait as to not get uncooked bacon like you do from the ones ob Knollwood Rd and Central Park Ave in Greenburgh”
