I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The assistant manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also very helpful and supportive. “Easy Drive up Windows for Tellers or ATM, Big Free Parking Lot. Tellers in the Bank are helpful but there are only 2 or 3 so can be slow. I go due to my new location as it close.”

She takes the time to make sure customers are well taken care of and that everything runs smoothly. Banker Elijah was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. He made the process easy and took the time to answer all my questions.

“First of all I want to say I despise Citibank with every iota of cells in my body due to them closing my account without my knowledge because I wanted to withdraw a large sum of MY money and then telling me I needed to wait 30-60 days for them to mail me a check. Needless to say I closed the account; however I gave this location 5 stars due to 2 stand out employees who understood me, were professional, and went out of their way to help me so I believe they are essential assets to this company and Citibank should be thanking God they found employees like this because without people like this they would be on the next bank bankruptcy list. Jesus Pacheco is an ABSOLUTE star! Knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. Second is one of the tellers who was equally as kind, empathetic, smart and helpful… I am going to butcher her name but I believe it is Nikoshima ? Not sure but she has a unique name and works at this specific branch. An absolute gem !”
