Went there looking for a Burberry umbrella. Approached 2 people. It was like I asked for a chicken sandwich. No one knew anything, if they had it or can it be ordered. Just walked out.

Bloomingdale's in Whiteplains on Bloomingdale's Rd Sucks. There Customer Service Sucks. I don't know if they assume you don't have money to buy things is the reason they respond behaved that way. The only person who was pleasant was a young African American girl working in the Moncler section during the evening.
