Second bad experience here… the sales people are rude. Asked someone where the rain jackets were, sales person seemed annoyed and passive aggressive. I don’t even know why they bother having sales people, so much easier and nicer shopping online these days!

It's a big department store. Sadly an empty big department store. Very few sales associates for assistance. If you look like you are just browsing you're on your own. I was also taken back by the prices specifically for polyester suits made in China no offense intended but polyester? 100% wool suits were way out of the price range.

Customer service rep on the phone advised specific luggage pieces were in stock at White Plains store, but when visiting the same day, inventory was not correct and item was not in stock.

Bloomingdales in white plains is one of my favorite stores overall BUT, Brian from the men’s department is pretty much the only person who makes shopping for me a great experience in that store! I so appreciate when I see people put so much love and effort into their job. Brian knows what he’s doing and takes time to help you out. I always tell him they should pay you two salaries!! And I mean it!!!Thank you Brian for being so professional and making stressful holiday shopping a great experience.
