I had a wonderful buying experience here. Everything went so smoothly. My salesperson was Alen Myrthil and I highly recommend working with him. There wasn't even a hint of sales pressure and I felt that Alen was looking out for my best interests the entire time.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Purchased a Certified Pre-owned X1 here in February...took it home and there was some dog hair in the trunk and a few biscuits under the front seats...ok no big deal- a few months later, we open the sunroof for the 1st time- it makes a crunching noise...I shut it and the screen deflector kicks back and won't close- about 2 months later my wife starts to hear a little rattle underneath the car when She hits bumps.so i set up an appointment- my service guy calls me and asks if we have any dogs...no- well there were Dog Biscuits lodged in the roof- that explains the previous owner er obviously had a do...how well they inspect a CPO car before selling it-Now, on to the bigger problem- they say my front struts are severely bent and you must've hit a severe pothole or something. We have the same tires and rims on the car...no sign of any damage-...basically, my $4000 I paid for all the extra warranty stuff, AND the fact that it's less than 6 months old doesn't cover it at all...they want over $5000 to fix it! They tell me maybe we'll give u $500 towards it..I was so mad that I spoke to everyone I could find...Jamel, the CPO Sales Manager spoke to his so called manager, Tim Horn, the GM, and he said we can only offer you $500 towards it...or maybe buy it back for $21k... about $7k less than its value due to the damage and put towards a new car...YEP! Thanks so much for your generosity!!Jamel escorts me out to my car that's sitting on the side, ready to take home, it's covered in BIRD SHIT and leaves after being there for 3 weeks....they didn't even wash it! I sad geeze Jamel, so nice of you all to wash my car after screwing me....and he walked back inside.So DISMISSIVE and messed up... I have 2 other BMWs and have owned at least 8 in my life-and this is the way you treat a customer- DONE...I canceled my $4000 and they gave me $2700 back of it. I could bring it to anyone else and trade it in for full value I'm sure, but would never want anyone else to get screwed like this...so I took it to my mechanic and we are getting fixed out of pocket.Thanks so much Ray Catena of White Plains BMW, WELL DONENow to the BBB

Brought my 2017 BMW X3 in for service in Spring, as we recently moved to Westchester. They fixed some factory recalls on the car, changed the oil and told me that the next time I came in, I would need to replace the rear brake pads. Life got in the way, so I didn't schedule again until July. Took the car in for rear brake pads, received a call a couple of hours later, "we owe you an apology. Our service tech is looking at your pads and doesn't feel right about replacing them, because there's still plenty of pad left on them." I asked, "that's odd, didn't you tell me back in April that I needed new pads?" The service rep answered, "yes, I can see it here in the system that we did, indeed, tell you that. We made a mistake and I'm sincerely sorry about that. But you don't need new brakes. We've washed the car for you and it's ready for you to pick it up, no charge." Honestly, I've never had a mechanic or a dealership take this kind of ownership for a mistake and I'm impressed. They could have replaced the brake pads anyway and never called me/ told me, charging me for something I didn't need--but they didn't--they took the higher ground and were full of integrity. Although it was a bit inconvenient to drop my car off/ go get my car again with no real service needed, I will take that inconvenience any day over integrity--and based on this level of honesty, this dealership has my loyalty for life.

First time here bringing my vehicle in for service. It will definitely be the last. Over 3 hours for an oil change is not the type of service I was expecting.

I brought my 2019 430i in to Ray Catena BMW of Westchester for an oil change. The called me and said my strut was resting on my axle and the car wasn't driveable. It would cost $14,000 to repair. They called me back and said the actual cost would be $7,500. My insurance company paid for the repairs. Two weeks later I got a flat on the same tire. My tire store owner said the work done by BBMW was faulty and they didn't tighten the bolts so the shock slipped down and shredded the tire. Ray Catena BMW of Westchester refused to repair the vehicle free of charge. I am filing a complaint with the New York DMV.

Bought an awesome car for a good price, but the salesman and franchise was awful. He used the wrong address for all of my paperwork as he took it off my license and did not see a change of address on the back. He sent the wrong routing number to my bank. It took me 3 days before I found out. He did not have me sign the contract, so there was another delay.The slight difference in my name between my insurance and license held everything up.They dealership has not been able to get my registration right. When I called 3 times to talk to the used car manager, I never heard back from him. I left several messages about the delay and I was not even worth a return call.How they are staying in business is beyond me.

Popped into the service center today after I got a very inconvenient flat tire. Justin and Mariah could not have been more helpful. I had my 8 month old with me and they were so attentive and helpful. We got in and out in 90 minutes I was back on the road. Couldn't have had a better experience, thanks to the Ray Catena BMW team!

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received for an issue with my bluetooth connecting to my car. I walked in unannounced, expecting to make an appointment and the two ladies at the desk were most welcoming and extremely helpful. They immediately called a genius to help me. A few minutes later, in walked Moses to the rescue. Moses walked me to my car, reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue and indeed, less than five minutes later, from what took me hours with no resolve, Moses solved the problem. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but gracious as well. Thank you, Moses, for your help, it's much appreciated!
