I’ve always had a great experience with this branch but when 1 banker made mistakes with what we had asked him to do and another banker showed little interest in helping us, Ximena Garcia, a teller, took her time and corrected the problem and more, all with a smile. Excellent location, we were immediately seated and helped. Staff were courteous and patient with us, walked us through our inquiry with no problems. Additionally there was even a medical emergency and staff jumped into help with no issue. Very welcoming and accommodating staff and environment.
