“I discovered this store in my neighborhood not too long ago. Food wise, they have great prices! EGGS! You can't find eggs at their prices anywhere! Milk! Also great price! They have all kinds of items, I spend time just walking the isles checking what they have and prices are great! They offer coupons in their app which help a lot. Most importantly all the employees have such wonderful attitude, they are friendly, fun to deal with, helpful, great customer service! I have not encountered anybody that I can say anything negative about them...Really nice place to go!”

“My Mother and I ABSOLUTELY love this particular FAMILY DOLLAR Store. The prices are excellent. There is ALWAYS a variety as far as a selection of items: from cards to sleepwear to laundry items to garbage needs to beverages to food as well as snacks etc. The Cashiers are VERY respectful and nice.We enjoy shopping here and shop here often for our needs and wants. P.S. The sell the CUTEST t-shirts and pajamas! Lol”

“Any one comments that this store is a mess is lying because this is one of the cleanest and tidiest dollar general stores this side of NYC- even though they have to put up with unruly customers who throw things wherever they feel. Only problem is they are always out of stock on top selling items”

And no, I regret it, please let these stores last a long time, and one observation, please put 2 or 3 cashiers. Why are the lines very long and sometimes you leave the store without being able to buy because of the time that is sometimes limited for customers?”

“Staff is friendly. Not always stocked & organized well, but that’s every Dollar Tree I’ve been to depending on the day and when they get new shipment in. Parking is always a hassle in this area and they often have ppl just waltzing in grabbing what they want off the shelves and walking right out without hiding that they are stealing, which is a shame.”

“its actually not the worst or best dollar tree i have visited but this mount vernon location is not bad even with the few messy empty shelves.ok now the dollar tree sells items 1.25 each and now they have a few aisles with stuff for 3, 4 and 5 dollars each and stuff is not bad if its available, got 2 giant containers of brand name liquid detergent, a big sturdy metal vase to put umbrellas and other junk to store and i got a humongous laundry bag that can hold king kong and godzillas underwears and still have room to put all my dirty laundry as well. still available is the typical everyday dollar tree stuff and the added items in my opinion will only benefit both customers and stores overall. spent about 60 bucks and got plenty and dont forget to bring your own bags as the paper dollar tree bags are not sturdy and rip apart very fast and easy .overall not a bad dollar tree in mount vernon , 4 stars on my yelp meter .”

“I love this spot! They give marvelous dishes, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is very trained, I enjoy a lot eating all their food. The food is always good, the attitude towards the guests is good. I go often to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.”

“i can honestly say that whenever i pass by a family dollar store i gotta go in and buy something a even if i dont really need anything i still will spend some bread .this family dollar store in yonkers on broadway aint that bad and even with some empty shelves and a little mess here and there , overall i found the place to have all the basic f.d. stuff and more . i recommend you download the fd app as items on sale will only be applied when using the digital coupons. from cleaning supplies, homegoods , snacks, personal items, over the counter meds , and much more and at prices you wont mind dishing out. i was a bit surprised how empty the place was but its almost closing time to be fair. for about 50 bucks i got plenty and paper towels, body wash , liquid soap, ring dings, lysol spray and wipes, bic pens , more drakes cakes and etc, is something i will not consider a waste of money and greatly needed. family dollar in yonkers on broadway was worth the visit at 830pm on a friday evening .”

“There was a line when I went in, but not when I was paying. I noticed they have a new line in isle for $3 and $5 items. I couldn't find any hair creams-the leave ins. For the most part things were stocked. There were lots of holiday items stocked. And boxes still needed to be put out for stocking. Dollar Tree is usually a hit or miss. They didn't have a lot shopping bags to buy in store but I managed to find 4. I only needed 2. I don't like the paper bags bc they don't have handles. And are uncomfortable to carry. And they break if you don't double.”
“I like this store so much and I like coming here every month to buy necessary household products. The selection is great and the prices are very affordable. I only have to spend $45-$75 per month which is excellent especially for households who have very low or limited income. Even the food here is very good. The only thing is that they should hire more cashiers so no lane will be closed and the lines won't be so long especially for people who have vehicles to park and pay for. Also make sure that they are cleaners and exterminators so the place can be clean and hygienic especially to prevent messes and potential rodents. I hope that this store is around for at least 10-60 years or longer so they help people for many years and generations to come.”
