Don’t buy anything here - disaster. They actually don’t take returns - they tell you they did not receive it even though they generated the label — you are just out of luck. I lost $110.00. No customer service help. Can’t get through on their lines. I would never ever purchase anything from this company again. And they won’t give contact info for their higher ups. I wonder why?? I have to take up with CC now….

I purchased the Shuv Felt clogs for a Christmas gift. Though this saw is had been purchased many times previously, this time it was too big by the time I found out it was too big I was no longer allowed to return it according to the information that came with my purchase. I contacted. Fitflop because the box had been sitting around for a while, and I was hoping I could return it. Even though it was past the 30 days from the original purchase. The company associate I spoke with said that that purchase had an extended time because it was purchased during November. However, the information that came with the purchase said otherwise. her response to me was it was all over our website. Well, that made no difference to me. I read the information provided to me by Fitflop. I did not know I was not supposed to believe it. I am going to guess I have between 25 to 30 pairs of Fitflop shoes in my closet. I had purchased my last pair. Whatever happened to customer service? I provided a picture of a shelf in my closet that has. Fitflop boxes on it. The first eight or ten pairs I didn't save the boxes. But, I ended up with so many pairs that I finally kept the boxes so I could more easily find the pair I wanted. I've attached the same photo I sent to them. The product I purchased is still for sale on their site.

Not a good company last time I order. Every return is a scam late repayment and fight if you intentionally if you don't have a UPS confirmation receipt beware bad news policies... :(

Horrible customer service! Took 3 days and 30 minutes being on hold for them to tell they can't return my shoes because it was 29 days since purchase. Did not take in to consideration how hard it is to reach them. Was told that I would not be able to be transferred to a manager. Order shoes elsewhere!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I received one in the size and color I ordered, one in the color I ordered but the wrong size and then an additional, random pair. None of them worked for me, so I returned all three the same day I received them. I was charged for two pairs of shoes and have received a refund for only one pair. I have contacted Fitflop multiple times, but cannot get a response and their phone lines are not functional. Very frustrating. I would not suggest ordering from this company!

I received the wrong size shoes. Box labeled leather, website states leather but the shoes don’t have a leather upper. I sent the shoes back using the UPS label that cam with the shoes and when I got the refund it was 9.48 less than what I paid. I called customer service and was told that the shipping charges were deducted from the refund. Customer service rep refused to transfer me to a manager and said she was prohibited from giving out the number of the corporate office here in the US.

Customer services blooooooooooooooooooooows. Try getting someone on the phone or having someone email you back. It's a fun game! Seriously. They should be ASHAMED of themselves. That is, if there is more than one person working for FitFlop. Now I'm convinced it's like one guy in his basement. AWFUL.

So, it's been over three weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. I don't usually mind and I'm ok with waiting even if it's late, but the fact that you can only email them and not call customer service is concerning. There isn't a clear way on how to ask for a refund or reshipment (or really when to). In addition, my emails to customer service haven't been answered and that's been about a week from the last email. To be specific, I emailed them asking about reshipment or refunds and that was ignored in the response. In their replay, they basically just copied and pasted tracking information which I can do myself... but since there haven't been any updates since July 2nd, I was asking about what to do next. At any rate-yeah I'm sure they were impacted by COVID, but it's fishy that they avoided answering my concern and that I haven't heard from them since. I spent over $100 on my order and it looks like I'll never see my order or an alternative. Just... buyer beware? I love their sandals and shoes so this is a huge disappointment.

think twice before you purchase online from fit flop. customer service states it will be a longer than average hold time, states 10 min, but 3 times today i have been on hold for over 20 min. typical customer service rep says they cannot refund the restocking fee i was charged, i asked for a supervisor, missed call the back, called again, after waiting 20 min and was then disconnected. i am not making this up, it happened. before i ever placed my first order i was assured there would not be a return or restock fee on the shoes i was going to order. that information was accurate for my first return, there was no return or restocking fee. before i placed my second order a different customer service rep repeated that i would not be charged for any returns. that information was inaccurate. by the way, it only took 2 days for the shoes to be returned to the warehouse, but i waited 15+ days for the credit back to my card. a restock fee was deducted for my second return after i was told 2 separate times there would not be return fees deducted. misrepresentation and deceptive business practices by fit flop. along with very inefficient communication process. no one should have to wait 20+ min to speak with a customer service rep and no one should ever be told a supervisor will call them back, too much of a chance for a missed call and then you have to start the process all over again, ridiculous! i love fit flop shoes but will never go through this again. there are other brands out there that are just as good. shame on fit flop for extremely poor customer service, they are chasing customers away. fit flop needs to design a customer service format that is as great as the shoes are!

awful, awful awful customer service. Its going to put them out of business. there are lots of other companies that would appreciate my business. i really dont see how people expect to stay in business with non existent service. There is not even a way to get a real response or real person to talk to that can solve an issue. Its like the Wizard of Oz behind a curtain.

Horrible and inflexible customer service. I ordered a pair of sandals on line as a gift and tried to change the size before shipment. I sent an email indicating the need for change literally minutes after placing the order. They have not responded. I immediately called their customer service and was told that they could not change the order and that I would have to buy another pair then return the wrong size. On top of that the customer service rep was rude and very short. Now the person getting the gift will have to put up with their policy. I would not recommend them to anyone who is buying on line.

Hopefully this bad experience is over. I ordered 2 pair of shoes, both size 7. They arrived....one measured 10" or a US nine, the other just a bit less....8? 8 1/2? Customer service...spent easily 2 hours on hold during various times of the day before reaching a nasty woman who let me know that I could send them back, and that postage would be deducted from my reimbursement. She also told me that I could not merely bring them to a post office and that they needed to be delivered to a "special USPS facility". Another week attempting to speak to a manager to be able to send them back for free. Nasty as well, both on the phone and in email. Finally told me 'OK, I will e mail you a return label' after insisting that I must already have one. Shoes have been sent, (via the post office, LOL) but somehow they WILL try to charge me for the return.... I HAVE alerted my bank. Feel like I need a shower after dealing with this company. Buyer beware.

Sandals and sneakers run very big! Bought and returned within the same day! E mailed and called cannot get through. Got a ridiculous email on how busy they are ... No refund yet!! Awful footwear awful customer service!! DO NOT BUY these sandals!!! Rip-off

Be careful before you place an order with this company. Yes, their products offer comfort, however, their customer service is deplorable. Received my order last week. One of the pair of shoes which I ordered, are too large and do not fit. I have left a total of 3 phone calls, the customer service number which is printed on both their website and invoice, is non existent. You get a voicemail, and no one returns phone calls. Same with their email address. How do you return the product within 28 days if you cannot contact customer service and receive a return shipping label??? Basically, you are throwing your money away. If the shoes or sandals do not fit, you are stuck with them or forced to spend more money on a different item and pray to God that it fits. Also, they DO NOT offer an exchange on products. Questionable business practices to be sure.

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals (first time buyer) on the recommendation of a neighbor who raves about their comfort and quality. They arrived today and unfortunately I need to return and get a refund on 2 pair. I say unfortunately because no one answers on the company phone in White Plains nor the customer service number. The phone just rings and rings in White Plains. Now I am seeing the reviews about the non-existent customer service. This is not good news. I give the company a deplorable rating.
