I appreciate the friendly interactions among the staff at this Pandora store. However, I did notice that the blonde lady, who seemed to be the manager, was not as welcoming. Additionally, I have concerns about the resale of returned items. It would be beneficial to enhance the inspection process before reintroducing products... read full comment
