Very Rude Staff and unprofessional to the public

Last time I went, the woman at the desk wouldn't let me ask her any questions and treated me like I was an idiot. It's been a while since I've spoken to anyone this disrespectful. I said hello and started to ask her about boxes, and she kept cutting me off and acting like it wasn't her problem.

The waiting time was extremely long, there was only one person at the front receiving packages even when the line became super long. Once it was finally my turn, the black lady attending was extremely rude, there was an issue with my other QR codes and she starting raising her voice, was not helpful at all, blame me for “not being ready” and having such a long line, ripped off my label and didn’t let me explain anything. I had never had such an awful experience, never coming back this location.

Supposedly theres no supervisor to talk to when you have a complaint about the mail carrier leaving mail on the floor instead of in the mail slot. There should always be a supervisor available.

This post office is a nightmare. There’s always one clerk on duty — and I swear they pick the slowest human they can find. It takes an average of 25 minutes just to get out of there, and instead of moving the line, the clerk spends half the time chatting about random personal stuff. It’s like they don’t care there’s a line of people waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.”

My experience is totally different than what I read from others. I walk in, I wait my turn, I'm handled in a professional manner, I pay, say thank you and leave as a satisfied customer.

Really bad service. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:45pm last showed at 12:30 to take the 12:00 appointment with a bad attitude.
There was a line that reached the outside door and only 1 person in the counter

Absolutely worst post center I've ever dealt with. Doesn't matter how many express packages with one day shipping I order, they take their 2 to 3 day time and it's ALWAYS stopped here.

Unfortunately, my experience with the passport services at this post office was extremely negative. The staff member handling this service was unnecessarily rude from the moment I approached the counter. I was spoken to in a harsh, condescending tone, scolded for not arriving 10 minutes early, and even refused a simple request to make a copy. This all happened early in the morning, which made the interaction feel even more unnecessarily hostile.
Based on other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. There seems to be a consistent pattern of poor treatment and lack of basic customer service at this location. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire system. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and re-evaluates the staffing and service approach at this location.

If I can give zero I will, the worse post office the I see, they don't know how to treat the customers they speak like your nothing always trying to make everything hard and they suppose to make everything easy, I went to drop off a package and because was afte 1:30 they didn't want to take it I take time from my business to go to the post office now I have yo see if I have time on Monday because they just want to leave, I know they don't care about the reviews but they have to star taking care about it because all the workers they have don't know how do the job.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Never have I dealt with such a miserable and bitter bunch of people who either hate their lives or their jobs or both. Unfortunately these services are needed and so I doubt any action will be taking place against these women who work in this particular office.
I had to get my fingerprints taken. There are no appointments for fingerprints. However the website said that fingerprint service starts at 10. I got to the window at 9:58 and the woman said “fingerprints” starts at 10. I said okay and stood to the side for 2 minutes.
Then I get to another woman named Shelly and she said she getting ready to leave soon so she doesn’t know if she can do it for me. Thankfully she helped me begrudgingly.
As the woman was helping me, I can hear another lady by the name of Kai Berate someone for being a couple minutes late to their passport application appointment. As if she was speaking to a child.
Another person in line was also waiting for fingerprints and it was 10:15 at the time and they told her she needs to come back in an hour or 2.
Overall terrible. But judging by these reviews…these ladies have been getting away with this for quite some time.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Worst experience ever. A woman named Kai was helping me with my three kids passports. We had a 1 hour time a lot as confirmed by the post office. I arrived on time as confirmed on my email. She right out started with attitude and complained I should have been there 10 minutes earlier. When we told her that email did not say that she started yelling. We moved past it apologizes and wanted to proceed. Halfway through I told her that I could not afford expedited for three passports. She started having a fit because she had to start from scratch. She had only processed one passport application at that time. I had still 30 minutes left in my appointment. She proceeded to walk away, yell, not listen and kept telling me she was done with us. Wasted my time and in the end did not do my passports. The supervisors, two of them came out and not one was able to reason with her. Terrible, terrible experience! Do not recommend!
