To even get assistance, you have to call so many times and then when you finally get a hold of someone and you ask for assistance, they hang up on you and no longer pick up your calls. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with.

Refuses to answer phone. They literally will pick up, and immediately hang up the call. Ridiculous behavior from gov employees. This isn’t a private shipping company this is the USPS. Pick up your phones and be accountable to your customers. Disgusting service.
