Passport service is the worst. The women (Kai) yelled at me multiple times when she ask for the name on the appointment. I was not sure if she asked for parent name or child’s name. She kept yelling at us for not filling the correct form without telling me which form to begin with. I filled 3 forms and then she kicked us out of the door to reschedule. She is so grumpy that you definitely shouldn’t schedule a Saturday appointment with her again.

Package sitting there for 10 days. Fire the postmaster and sack the entire staff! Should be an option for zero stars.

Bailey was absolutely the kindest, most pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable clerk ever. I came in with an attitude due to the clerk at the N Broadway office who instructed me to see a manager at Fisher St if I was unhappy with her inability to perform a simple change of address. So glad I did.It took Bailey about 10 seconds, with an attitude that turned my entire day around .

Nicest place to come for a passport! Kai was so patient and kind when we didn’t have a document we needed and waited for us.

Extremely rude workers. They were very impatient every single time I’ve gone there. Not kind at all. Will never return. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst post office ....the employees don't care about customer service they never get the right answer they always angry for not reason I went there to return a money order they told me they can't do it because they are busy and I have to find different place to to do the return because involves to much paper work that is so ridiculous....I think they need to retire or something they don't need to be there with that attitude

There were two staff working but only one attending to the line that day I went. The other worker was attending to three people doing maybe passport stuff for at least 40mins. Standing and waiting in line for 45mins is no fun and I was holding my bladder. Lol. I guess the last minute card mailing made that day busy and no spots to park, all packed. Some people are leaving the line could no longer wait. You just need a lot of patience here. The staff seemed like they have worked here for decades and they know what they are doing. I don’t think they care if we wait or whine. Just wait and you’ll be helped. We all have somewhere to go that’s why we need to manage time and expect toWait here just sayin. ✌️

They always have at least 3 cashiers working the line moves very fast. The longest you ever have to wait. There is maybe 5 minutes before someone takes care of you. It's a very nice Post Office.

I went with a problem with my mail redirection. After 20-minutes in line, it's like the teller had no interest in helping me to solve my problem. Rude; aggressively defensive. The supervisor was "out to lunch" (literally or figuratively?) and the teller had no idea when he would be back. Like all USPS offices, this one is grimy and poorly kept. Walls covered in tatty, faded and peeling signs and posters, remnants of old sticky tape everywhere. To call the USPS third-world is an insult to the postal services of developing nations. If they weren't a government institution they would have eaten alive by their competitors decades ago.

Worst experience ever... just moved to the area...waited an hour for assistance ans asked if the passport part of the post office is still assisting and I was told no all though all signs statef till one. I don't encourage anyone to come to this facility. My suggestion is to start fresh and hire new customer service oriented staff.

Why bother posting walk in hours for Saturday if the passport person won’t even see people past scheduled appointment. Wish I too could work whatever hours I felt like working at my job and keep my job….

I was waiting for a package to be delivered and the tracking said my “hold was expired” and that I moved and didn’t provide an address so my package was returned to sender, even though I haven’t moved, haven’t put a hold on anything, and my name is clearly marked inside the mailbox. I went to the post office in person, the woman said it didn’t make sense so don’t ask her about it. No effort was made to rectify the situation so I’ll have to talk to the sender and pay to have it reshipped. The least they could do is pay for the shipping to fix their mistake, or at least agree to inform the mail person of their mistake so it doesn’t happen again, but it’s clear that’s not going to happen.
