“My dryer broke and while I've known this place was open for 30 years at least I never went inside. The machine was malfunctioning and ate up all my quarters. The guy there helped me pull out 9 of them, and even gave out of his pocket the quarter that didn't come out. Very decent of them. Highly reccomend”
“Discovered this spot not too long ago. It's great! Super spacious, all sorts of different size machines for all needs. James was great in helping me out as it was my second time at this spot. CONS: Don't bring any quarters to change for bills for the card to use on machines and there's a limit as to how much you can put on the card at a time.”

Customers seem to be satisfied with my place now and it’s thanks to the work NY uniform does in the background that nobody sees.”

“Really happy with my experience at this Laundromat. The first thing I noticed was how clean and tidy everything was. The washers, floors, and overall space were well taken care of, and it made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. Lay was very kind and helpful when I had a question and made sure I was taken care of. It’s nice to find a laundromat that is this well maintained and has friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Today, I visited this Clean Rite location after having avoided it for some time due to unpleasant experiences with staff in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received today.
I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with my bags both into and out of the store and to my car.
The location was clean, welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you, Daniel, for providing such a positive experience!”

“I would like to update my previous complaint regarding the drop-off laundry service at Clean Rite Center on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, NY.
I have been a regular customer for approximately six months, and I had been consistently unhappy with the quality of the folding and organization of my laundry. My socks were not sorted or paired, undergarments were not folded properly, and the clothes were generally folded very poorly. I also noticed that fabric softener or dryer sheets were not being used.
After my complaint, the management contacted me, apologized for the service, and acknowledged my concerns. They explained that they are going to retrain their staff to improve the quality of the wash-and-fold service. They also offered to provide my next wash-and-fold service at no charge as a gesture to address my concerns.
I appreciate the management taking my complaint seriously and making an effort to resolve the issue. I am updating my complaint to reflect their response and their commitment to improving the service.
I hope the staff training results in better and more consistent service going forward. I appreciate the apology and the effort to make things right.”

She takes great pride in her work and does an excellent job keeping the laundromat clean, organized, and running smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication make every visit a pleasant experience. “This laundromat has the most welcoming workers; they are so friendly and very helpful.
The laundromat is always clean and organized.
One time I lost my card, and one of the worker saved it for me.
The other time I lost my card and since I have registered my card with my phone number, they were able to get back all my credit, which was great.
Did I mention that you get notifications if you have registered your card with your phone number after your laundry is ready?
So happy to say that this laundromat has become a big part in my life because i made a very good friend with one of the workers and owner is one of the friendliest person and very down to earth.
Definitely recommend this laundromat as your go to place to do your laundry 🧺.”

“I must give credit where credit is due. My husband normally does our laundry but he had surgery and couldn't do it. I have a bad back and was trying to figure out how i was gonna get it done. I Googled this place and opted to give them a try based on the other reviews. WOW! Not only did the pickup and delivery option come in handy, our clothes smelled so fresh and came out so soft. Being a first time customer, i was skeptical, but not anymore. If you find yourself in a pinch and need laundry service, please call them. Pricing was responsible and my clothes were impeccably folded and cleaned. I will definitely be using them again. 😁”

“I was visiting from out of town and needed to do 1 very small load. Nalini was extremely helpful and kind in getting me going and not making me feel dumb for not knowing how NYC laundry works. 10/10 experience!!”
“Great prices and consistently fantastic service. They genuinely care about doing the best job possible, and it shows. I’ve brought everything from dress shirts to Moncler puffers and even goose down comforters, and everything has come back looking like new. Stains are completely gone, everything is handled with care, and their prices are fantastic. It’s rare to find a dry cleaner that’s this reliable (and legitimately nice), and I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else.”

“The people here always make me feel so welcomed every time I come in. I went in this week on monday not knowing they were closed and they were still willing to help me because they were at the store at that moment. Best dry cleaners around, great people.”
“Best dry cleaning service I’ve found! They exceeded all expectations. Not only was the turn around quick, but they put in so much attention to detail! The armpits of each suit are pristine, the front creases on the suit pants are crisply pressed, and all the pieces have a fresh smell. And the price is very reasonable!”
