“I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome.
Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. She scans and makes it quick for me especially since I go there before work! I recommend dropping off packages here to ship! They just scan and ask for your phone number and give you your receipt!”

“Best UPS store. Friendly and professional. I am usually in and out in seconds unlike the USPS. The workers are engaged and don’t look like they hate their job unlike the USPS. Basically the total opposite of the USPS on bell.”
“They work 7 days a week Sunday they close early but is convenient to have them open employees with experience pretty quick parking in the back if coming from the parking lot no wheelchair accessible but if you park in the entrance parking meters are easy you can use your wheelchair from the front entrance”

“Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.”

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”
