The two staff members in front of me who was withdrawing money were chatting all the time. No one paid any attention to me. It took me a long time for the staff members to finish chatting. Why did they keep chatting during working hours?

The treatment is horrible. I wanted to open an account. The Muslim girl shook her head at me, and the Asian man who was in the corner treated me very sharply. Honestly, what a bad experience with these people.

ATM Inside store doesn’t work, atm lines outside are wrapped around the store. Inside the store is currently 8 people online and 2 tellers, one doing drive through.
I will NEVER visit this location again, it’s suppose to be convenient but they’re completely short staff and the ATM’s down makes it along harder to get serviced the right way.

Employee is rude at customer because checking in QR code system is not working during posted work hours (this is on Nov.3rd 2024 at 12 PM). No manager to complain to, Sunday at 12 PM. Close the bank is not service is provided this time on Sunday.

I recently visited this bank branch to open an account, my experience was unacceptable. Despite waiting for 2 hours, the manager was unprofessional and rude. To my surprise, the bank was empty, yet the staff showed no willingness to assist me.

Suck! I did the wire transfer to China, and requested to change to Chinese currency, the bank did it when wired out, but change back to dollar again after reach to China. It tooked two months to finish investigation, and then the bank says that there is no fault from their end! do you at least have fault at not communicating right to the middle bank to make sure not change back to dollar again! Why do I pay $800 for exchange nothing! Learn a lesson! don't do wire from TD bank!!!!

Slow service and rude staff. Rarely greeted and I have to ask for follow ups with the teller. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I've had at a TD branch.

I hate this branch they said Most Convenien bank but no it is not.
I have to visit here for change my phone number. I cannot change online and this is crezy thing. but i have waiting more then one hour and just one employee process about this kind of work and he hold more then one hour just one previous customer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at TD Bank, specifically with an employee named Sue Chow. Her professionalism was severely lacking. She was rude, unhelpful, and did not take customer service seriously at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch. It is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Terrible service 🤮. Customer servise it takes forever. I have to wait more than 1 hour and still waiting .I don't understand why they request to sign in. The workers just dont call the next person and just call the people they know including the manager. I have 2 people behind me and they knew the workers and went in front of me. Ridiculous way to treat a customer. Very disappointing 😞 .
