“I remember this gas station very vividly because the had gas pumps and a retail sales Sunoco to sell you things. It hit on everything that makes America great. What you need on the outside and what you on the inside. You really can never judge something until you've been inside it. Once I stepped inside 10/10.”

“The pharmacist Lisa went out of her way, doing something she had no obligation to do, 1 hour before I left the state for Christmas a few days ago. She helped me get my medication filled, and without it I would have had to cause my family to stay home and be apart. She worked out everything and filled it immediately, and when I told her on the phone that “I guess I’ll have to figure it out” (getting the script sent to another state), and she refused, saying she doesn’t want me to be without the medicine I need and “she will take care of it”, and she did immediately. This is the type of medical professional I aspire to be. Amazing people”

“Every once in a while you find a business that is staffed by such exceptional people, that you rate every other business you come in contact by that business and by those people who run that business. There's Matt, Jake, Fran, Nicole, etc. My wife and I have been with this particular Walgreens since about 2003. There was also Andy and Mary taking care of us at this Walgreens location at the time we started here, who were also exceptional professionals. I want to make sure the following is understood, so that there is no doubt in just how exceptional these professionals at Walgreens on Main and South Union in Williamsville are... A couple of months ago, my wife retired about a year before she was going to, because I was diagnosed within the last few months with a terminal illness. It's not just my receiving a terrible terminal diagnosis, but with this particular illness/diagnosis, you become severely crippled first. I can only imagine in my worst thoughts that it's going to be a terrible way to die, especially the unknown of what the future will bring. I'm already losing the use of my hands and my forearms, with other associated medical issues occurring from time to time. So it's now, more than ever, VERY important that all of all of my medications (also per my heart attack in 2018) are filled swiftly, without mistakes and with people I can totally trust for my life and death pharmaceuticals and my wife's medications. These are the people I trust implicitly and my wife feels exactly the same way. When she recently retired, our retirement medical plan (both health and prescriptions) switched companies. The new medical insurance plans also wanted to tell us how and where we should get our pharmaceuticals, which would now be through through the mail! The mail??? I don't have to tell you how screwed up the mail's been these the past few years So when I started to apply for "drugs by mail", because that's what the insurance wanted, I saw how screwed up it was on so many different levels. So I made the decision to stay with Walgreens in Williamsville. With Matt, Jake, Fran, Nicole and the rest of the wonderful people there, I get the correct prescriptions on time with no mistakes. I can also ask questions about my drugs that are answered with my health and safety in mind Does it cost me a bit more to do this, over the plan that my insurance company wanted me to go with, by my not getting mine and my wife's prescriptions through the mail? Not by much, maybe another 12 to 25 bucks a month. But by staying with Walgreens in Williamsville, I'm with the wonderful, professional people who I consider beyond exceptional! Think of it this way... Some people who have the wherewithal to so pay for a doctor service known as "concierge service". This is where you live and if pay a doctor a set amount of extra money per year, so that you can get a hold of them (almost) immediately In any case, how is this any different? Just because I'll pay a tiny bit more a month ONLY because of our pharmaceutical plan wanting us to get cheaper meds by mail. My wife and I see this as an investment in our health. It's also an inadvertent type of payback, in the sense that we're helping to support the people who take such exceptional care of us And if that difference works out to 12 to 25 bucks more per month, it's a pittance compared to the care that is afforded to us by such terrific people. I didn't think it was this little of an amount of money until I looked into it, so I would suggest checking into doing your prescriptions with your personal pharmacy, over getting your drugs through the mail if that's what you've been doing and it's been nothing but a frustrating mess. I consider these exceptional people VERY good friends and the BEST professionals around of ÀNY business I've EVER dealt with”

“I go there to get my food and medicine and wash. I like the dollar shop and I like that there is good staff at this location. They always can help me find what I need. The other Rite Aids do not have as good customer service.”

“It's nice location. Easy to got out of if you need to turn left on Maple as a light is there. Great fast-food deals for decent fast food, including roller dogburgers.”

“Some great people work there with unshakable integrity. I've seen multiple clerks hold "usual customers" money sometimes for weeks until they see the person again just to hand it back. If you frequently fill up here you'll also get to meet Danny, a lottery playing legend... you'd know who I mean when you see him haha!”

“I love that this pharmacy has a drive-through! It is SO convenient. Everyone is always very courteous and pleasant. It is a great experience anytime I am picking up a prescription or have to pop in to grab a couple of things.”

“I love this store. The variety could be better as far as Monster Energy goes (I know you have to have more flavors than that) but it's my go to as I live close. Even on my walk home I enjoy the food in the morning. The morning staff is friendly and fast enough.”

“We returned for our son to have the 2nd Vaccine today! As usual, all the staff were helpful, warm and welcoming upon arrival into the store and in the pharmacy! Vaccine information was given without bias. Leo received the shot like a champ is ready to start traveling soon as planned. I recommend this place for not only the Children's/Minors Approved vaccinations but for all yout personal needs. Thanks again!”
