Waited in line for 10 min and then was told to wait in lobby for next available banker, waited over 15 min while watching them sit at their desk and look at their cell phones. Ended up leaving and going to another bank where they helped out right away.

Normally I get great service at key bank branches. This was an exception. Lisa D was the teller and she gave me an attitude from the beginning. Refused to cash 2 checks when I had more than enough balance in the account. And when I asked for the checks back, she 'couldn't find' one of them, until I insisted I needed it back. Poor service, hire tellers that want to be there!

a great banker makes the bank. A shout out goes to Celeste. Anytime I call her for help she fantastic. I was also first niagara customer she made my transition to KeyBank seamless. Would recommend her to anyone!

I have a business account with KeyBank. I had a terrible experience! Alicia was the drive thru teller she pulled up the wrong account first. Then when we told her the information was impossible, she double checked, came back pulling up the correct account and giving information she had no knowledge of repeatedly. Every question ask she gave me a blank stare following a random answer. I’m assuming she got frustrated with my question because she completely went off screen with no “ good bye or have a nice day”. When I press the call button someone else appeared on the screen (after waiting). This location is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT! Alicia had no reason for her action. She displayed discriminatory behavior. The branch manger was will aware of her actions. He offered me come in (with COVID at a all time high and me having two small children I have been sheltering) I declined. He did not want to help me at the drive thru when I explained I cannot come in. The branch manager supported his employee and her actions. They would prefer to discriminate over keeping a customer. I’m looking into moving my businessaccount where I feel safe and comfortable.

Anthony F. And the tellers provided outstanding service when I lost my debit card and needed a new one. Even though the branch was closed for covid they were able to set me up with a new ATM card within 15 minutes. Best bank!
