The owner, Tom, also looked over our plans and made suggestions and changes. Everything came in on time, the one issue we had with a material was addressed and fixed immediately. There's a wealth of knowledge and customer service at Kitchen and Bath Unlimited and I really feel that if you're going to take on a project this size, go to the experts and they are the experts. “After reading all the poor reviews, I wanted to mention my experience. Some reviewers gave poor ratings because of wait times and cost. I do want to say that in my experience, while the cost was high and wait times could be long, and the door to the custom shower stall was cut wrong and then parts were missing, the company took full responsibility and valued customer satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. They replaced the shower stall door, and made as many visits as needed to get it right. They didn’t try to cover their mistake or make excuses like others often do. They took ownership and had it corrected. So while the cost of the custom shower stall was on the higher end, I really valued their customer service and to acknowledge and fix the problem to our satisfaction at no additional cost, which wins 5 stars in my books. I would use them again when we work on our other bathroom.”
