“There is no place in WNY I would go to other than Smokers Haven for my pipe and cigar needs. All three generations of owners are more than accommodating and make sure to make you feel welcome. Their hand blended pipe tobacco is absolutely the best and their recommendations are always spot on. The hand carved pipe is my main go to in my collection. Their price are very good and selection is outstanding. Make this your destination for all of your smoking needs. They will also ship to you if you cannot make it in, but the wonderful aroma of this place is worth the trip.”

Not only are the hours of operation ideal , but the girl working was truly wonderful . She had great customer service, was knowledgeable , and was just really kind treated me like I was the biggest customer . I also enjoyed petting the cat. The store was huge had a ton of options and prices were more than affordable. I would recommend this place to anybody that I know and I will definitely be going back again!”

“I used to go to the competition on Abbott rd in the Plaza but they never had my coils or anything I needed. The guys told me over 5 visit they would order the stuff I needed and I finally gave up to come here. I'm so glad I did, they have everything I need, there is never a time I have to wait, and the prices are on par with everyone else. So this is my new go to for all my vape needs. I don't know what I'll do if they ever close. However lackawanna is doing them a disservice by blocking off the road right in front. I can't imagine how many customers have avoided because of this. I hope it doesn't last long for their sake!”

Great lounge with comfortable chairs and big TVs to watch sports. Staff gave me advice for parking at the Bills game and places to eat, will definitely be back if I’m out this way again.”
