“I rarely visit branches these days but BOA is one of my banking spots that usually have me visiting the branch. It also seems that BOA is in the middle of a branch consolidation. Happily this spot is not far from me and may even be closer than my own home town branch. This spot is on Hillside Ave and they have their own lot. They also have to patrol it to make sure that people who park here are actually customers of the bank. Being two blocks from a train station can be challenging. It is very easy to access from Hillside Ave and it's an easy in and out.My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line.The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. It is a pleasure to come in here and always want to complement the staff on a job well done, especially during these very challenging times.”
