“My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. He literally had the balance, no pun intended, to tend to us and other customers who came into the store without making us feel ignored. “I visited Lane Bryant in Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream on March 5, 2025 to return an item I purchased online. I had no intention on making a purchase while in the store this visit, however as I was leaving a sundress caught my eye. Ms. Shirley informed me that it was the last day of the sale and now would be a good tube to buy it if I liked it. She helped me with a couple more dresses and in finding the right size fit me. I ended up purchasing two dresses at a really great price. Ms. Shirley was very patient, professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She made my shopping experience enjoyable. I even received a thank you card in the mail from Ms. Shirley. You can’t ask for better customer service. Ms. Shirley is truly a great asset to the Lane Bryant team.”
