“Cadence lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. What friendly staff! The room was beyond clean. It was immaculate. The location is perfect for skiing at whiteface and not far from lake placid. The free breakfast on Saturdays was a nice bonus too.We thought we were getting "typical roadside motel", but instead we got the boutique hotel experience at roadside the motel price. It's obvious the owners are doing something right because the entire staff cares about a quality stay for the guests. Highly recommend.Rooms: Renovated rooms. “We stayed at a hotel last night. The service was excellent. This hotel appears to be run by a family. Those people are quite warm and welcoming. They provided us with several great local spots. The room was wonderful. The best thing that we loved also the bed was really comfy, like at a 5-star hotel, and the room was quite clean. Breakfast was fantastic because it was made by homemade. We would come back for sure.”
