My daughter is a college student at Niagara University, I live in Rochester. She broke down and happened upon DNA (DANNY) by calling AAA. Danny was patient with her and explain to her what the problem was and how she could fix it herself. Fast forward 4 weeks she needed him to tow the car from the parking lot at school ( she obviously didn't fix it). He came got the car and fixed the problem. Being over an hour away from your child when they are having car problems is intense. Danny made the process smooth and his communication is amazing. They are definitely an up and coming company with respect and great morals of understanding. Thank you Danny for helping us out in this situation and getting her mobile again. If you need a respectful towing company/ mechanic DNA is it. Definitely give them a call

We needed Towing out of a snow bank in our yard.
The serviceman was very attentive. He arrived earlier than project arrival time. He was very professional.
He made sure we were safe and able to get going without difficulty. Then He made sure my husband was able to get into our house without incident before he left the site.
Highly recommend the Towing service and the serviceman.

I called DNA towing and they answered the phone right away after my truck broke down. They were there within 35 to 45 minutes and got me where I needed to be. The person who answered the phone was friendly and courteous in the driver was just as good.10 out of 10 I do recommend!

This guy's blows ive been trying to get ahold of him for two days and he won't answer his phone can't leave a voice mail because his voicemail box is full. He won't call anybody back he says he's open 24 hours but never answers the phone.

Leo is an awesome guy. Showed up within 15 minutes in the middle of the night. Towed and stored my vehicle, and gave me tons of guidance regarding the best way to deal with my insurance company and repairs. I had a flat tire and the tow truck driver came and picked up my truck and left my driver's side window down after dropping my truck off at the dealership.
