Savage Winery-Savage@Woodcock is an eclectic and quirky bar with a big personality. The clientele is friendly and funny, and the barmaid is excellent and friendly. The bar pours a good glass of wine, and the wine is very good too. It's located right next to the Lemon Room, another fine establishment. Savage Winery is a favorite stop along the wine trail, with great service and a nice variety of New York State beverages, including their own wine (try the sparkling) and the best snacks, like the Naturally Nuts Praline Popcorn. It's a place that could easily become a regular stop when traveling or just in town for the day. The winery offers a great selection of beer, ciders, and spirits, with a knowledgeable person behind the counter. The decor is unique, and the bartender, Rick, is awesome. Customers can enjoy a tasting or a few cold beers in this awesome little gem in Wilson.
