“We came into GNH Lumber looking for a few items and had a great experience. The level of help and support from the entire team was impressive—from the service staff all the way up to the general manager. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help us find what we needed. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service. I would definitely recommend GNH Lumber and will absolutely be coming back.”

“A very nice and well stocked hardware store. Made our first stop there when inspecting the house we are buying just down the road. We expect to be making frequent visits as we do our repairs and remodeling. Haven't checked out the lumberyard side of the business yet, but will be doing so soon.”

“Searched to check the hours, and saw that it had only one review - a rather negative one. Thought I'd balance it out. I've been here many times. Always found them to be very patient and helpful. The hardware store always has what I need. I used the lumber yard for a deck, with no issues. The prior review complained about handyman references. This is the Catskills. I've gone through roughly a dozen folks here. They all came recommended. They all were a huge disappointment - some after a few jobs, some after one. I've learned never to pay half up front without references, and I've posted to social media those folks who take half up front and disappear. Sadly, it has happened a couple of times. It's not the fault of the establishment thst recommended them.”
