The store has several great deals, and the staff—especially Lily (Li Jiang)—were incredibly helpful. She carefully wrapped the bags and beanies I purchased as gifts for my family, which was very thoughtful. She truly lives up to the Karl Lagerfeld standard and made me feel great about the brand.

Great shop with excellent service. Had a pleasure of shopping there several times, last one was with my wife at Dec'24. Zara, the shop manager was very helpful ... special kudos to her. Note that there were less man clothing this time, and great suggestion of women apparel.
