Which provides some needed discount to your purchase once at the register. Store is not crowded and the gentleman working inside was very respectful.”

“This store used to have amazing inventory but in recent times it’s not been as exciting. Most of the style seems stale and been there for a while. Still a delightful store for Superdry fans like me. Their products are colorful, made with excellent quality, and last a long time. I have multiple jackets that I have been using for over 4 years now.
Other than clothes the store has bags, socks and daily use goods. Discounts are not so outstanding but you get a better deal than their website or retail store. Staff are friendly, checkout process is fast and easy.”

“I have visited the outlet 4 days ago.They have an amazing collection.I have an pear body shape so it is kind of difficult for me to get bottom wear.I found a very lovable and well fitted bottom in here but I needed a L size.I asked the staff for help and this amazing girl ( I regret not asking for the name) she helped me check the store, it is not available in the stored,she then checked it online found it.They took my online order in the store with free shipping charge said it would be deliyin 10-15 days.I got it today after four days.I live in new jersey.

“Amazing customer service by Mohammed. I called the store because I needed 10 pairs of jeans ASAP for next-day delivery, and Mohammed was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I was being very picky and saying no to a lot of pairs, but he never showed any attitude and stayed professional the entire time.
He was able to find all 10 pairs I needed and got them shipped out right away, and I received them the very next day. Even when my payment kept getting declined, he stayed calm, patient, and helped me get everything sorted out without making me feel rushed.10/10 customer service and 10/10 experience overall. “Wonderful customer service at this store! I was there in mid-December and a sales associate was so helpful, so patient, helped me try on different colors, different styles of coats because I was so indecisive (I unfortunately forgot her name- she had beautiful curly hair, my receipt says Erica under cashier). She was amazing- there when needed, but not hovering over you. It was a great shopping experience, mostly because of her kindness (and of course, the coats are nice!).
I came just to look and see what size would fit me best to maybe buy online later whenever some good sale is on, but left with 2 beautiful coats! :) Well, they were shipped to me due to color I wanted not being in store for one of them, so I just had them ship both.
The only negative is not this store, but corporate. I received one of the coats quickly (got e-mail with tracking number etc.), but didn’t get information about the other one for several days. I tried to chat with Mackage customer service online and they told me they can’t see my order or its progress, when you order in store orders get processed through different system and I need to call the store. I called the store and another sweet associate provided me the tracking number and all got resolved quickly, but Mackage customer service not being able to see orders placed by stores makes no sense.”
