Jennifer & Karine (assistant manager) were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable & charming. They provided me with sale pricing and details about the care of fabrics. Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. Eileen Fisher, at Woodbury Centre, is an inviting store with great pricing & a welcoming staff. I plan to return many more times in the future.”

“It is reasonable, and service is super. They will order the correct size in the color you want and have it sent home. The summer shirts and shorts are great fit. The shorts can be ordered in different lengths and colors too. They also have cute summer jackets or over tops for air conditioning places. It's time to get ready for summer. Good parking, too. ?PS Classic styles I have had years and wears well. For washing using printed instructions. Just replaced a pair of shorts I've had for over 10yrs. Great money value.”

“Does this sales team of purely amazing individuals even realize that they are my best friends in the whole wide world? Probably not but that's okay, in my own head we are all besties.I went in last evening very close to closing and although they were extremely busy with organizing the store for an important corporate visit and also attending to a bit of a picky customer, they could not have been more attentive and accommodating.Ralyn, who is one of their incredible sales professionals usually assists me but with her being engaged with another customer, others on the sales team jumped in to help me, including their lovely store manager, who I might add, definitely sets the harmonious tone for this store. “The Brand: Hands down one of the most underrated clothing and outdoors companies out there.Woolrich is a legendary American outdoors brand that is climbing back up the ladder to its previous glory days with great designs, material, and partnerships with names such a Prima Loft, Gore-Tex, and Loro Piana among others. Some of their products are also Made in the USA and Italy. This is a luxury company that is not pretentious and for people who want thoughtfully made quality products that do not want to show off and flaunt.The Store: The store is well kept by Michelle and she is such an expert and enthusiastic about the products and each year's line up. She is the "go to" to person to ask any and all questions about inventory, design, and the direction of the company. She is a joy to work with and sold me two coats that I will enjoy for years to come.What I would like to see: This brand has so much potential and I feel that they are going through an identity crisis. They are trying to find their lane in the world of outdoor and luxury apparel. The quality is so much better than competitors like The North Face and more affordable than Canada Goose. They need to commit to to logo, decide what emblems / motifs they'll chose to represent the company, and team up with influencers, athletes, and outdoors companies to get their name out there. This is the next Moncler rising if they can get the the iconography up to where their designs and functionality meet.Michelle makes the store a great experience and does a great job representing the brand!”

“The overall quality of clothes is decent but some items are better quality than others. They also need to work on having better designs. Most of men’s shirts and T-shirts are ugly and the ones I would wear, don’t have my size! Some items are also way overpriced. Some workers are friendly others are not!”

“I received a pair of sport sweatpants as a gift, size 6 and I usually wear a 6 but they were too small. I went in to do an exchange at Woodbury commons in NY without a receipt. The exchange went smoothly and I also purchased the matching jacket.The associate was helpful and professional.Nice selection, I would have purchased more but had other priorities but I will return.”

“On Sept 7, we shopped at AG jeans, at Woodberry Comons. The sales staff could not be any nicer, in particular Danielle, she went above and beyond helping us. Two persons trying jeans, she showed us as many styles as possible, going up and down the ladder and helping us with the different styles, color and materials. “Well, the first thing which comes to mind - it's Huge. This shopping location was built for shopaholics who desire premium goods at bargain prices. In short, Woodbury Common has it all. Woodbury Common has established its reputation as one of the most popular, and largest, shopping outlets in the nation. it is located in Central Valley, NY, just an hour North of New York City. It is a popular day trip from New York, and as a result, many vehicles operate between New York City and the outlets. shopping location was opened in 1985 and has slowly grown over the years since. It now welcomes more than 13 million visitors a year, and it continues to grow as its current structure is renovated and new stores are added to the already extensive selection of shops. The giant contiguous outlet store now has 220 outlets and unlike neighboring outlets, it has high-end brands as well like Gucci, Lacoste, Dior, Versace, Prada, Valentino, Balenciaga, etc... The layout of the outlet shops is quite nice and cleverly done. The shops are grouped in Stepford neighborhood groupings such as Niagara, Saratoga, and Hudson Valley. so, plan your shopping properly as you can't cover the whole outlet in a single day for sure! Restaurants and eateries are prevalent in Woodbury Common, as well. If you're looking for something quick, you can check out Shake Shack, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or Au Bon Pain, among others. For a sit-down meal, it does have an Applebees! Also, there are many bistros, food trucks, and a large "Market Hall" with dozens of food stores. Parking: the first time I was seeing Valet parking in any outlet mall, we were there on the 3rd of July and the parking was almost full, of course, we were not going to Pay $10 that too in the outlet area, we searched on google and seems, the outlet has 4-floor parking garage behind Old Navy store, ample of parking.We parked at level 2 and started our shopping from old navy.”

“You’ll always find something cute at this store. In the clearance section I found a pair of floral shorts for $7 dollars with a cute yellow bralette style country top for $9. I also found a CareBear book bag it’s the kid in me, that old nostalgia kicking in. Lol Since I’m a card member I got double the points this purchase. There was no lines and the cashiers were very friendly.”

They have designated clearance for items at a really low price. Other regular items in the store are mostly on sale between 20%-60% off.
