About Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a cool and reasonably-priced clothing store that is definitely worth a visit. The staff, including Jessica and Kia, are outstanding and very helpful, able to assist customers with their needs. However, the store experience can be mixed, as the store manager was kind and helpful, while the store assistant Melissa provided an unpleasant experience that ruined a customer's family Christmas.

    I had a really rough experience with this location. There was a mistake with my shipping address, and trying to get ahold of someone at the store to fix it was impossible. The phone just rings and rings! It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and delays. I love the clothes, but the after sales communication really needs... read full comment

    Shahmeer and Tavares provided outstanding customer service at the Paul Smith store. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their professionalism. Excellent service all around!
